My little family and I go to Your Pie Snellville 2-3x per month. The food is good, the service is good, and it is a welcoming spot for all ages, including our toddler who loves both the pizza and gelato.

I really love the rapport between the staff. There is one manager (I think his name is Emmanuel) who has such great leadership presence - he has a perfect balance of keeping his staff aligned with operational expectations while also having some banter/laughs with them. You can tell the team enjoys working with him. Happy staff = happy pizzas. He also makes pizzas with such heart - I am always so excited when he is making my pizzas (takes time to really break up my spinach lol).

We eat at Your Pie on a regular and the food is always great. This was our first picking up food at this location and to say disappointed is an understatement

Outstanding Customer Service & Compassionate Staff — Even on a Cold, Rainy Day!

Today, we brought our middle school students to Your Pie in Lawrenceville, GA for a Community Skills outing — two classes (17 people including adults) from one school and another class (9 people including adults) from another.

It was cold and drizzling rain when we arrived, and before we could even knock, Ms. Catalina saw us coming. Instead of making us wait until opening time, she graciously opened the doors early and welcomed our kiddos inside to warm up.

Even more impressive, she was working alone at the time — taking orders, running the register, and making pizzas for 16 people before her help arrived. Through it all, she remained patient, calm, and kind.

When her coworker came in, he didn’t miss a beat — he jumped right in and kept the flow going seamlessly. Together, they served our group and other guests with professionalism, grace, and smiles.

Kudos to “Your Pie” for having such dedicated employees! Excellent teamwork, warm hospitality, and delicious pizza made for a wonderful community experience. 👏🍕

My husband and I stopped here because I had gotten a salad and salad online and it was delicious. Since we were put i wanted another. My husband went first and ordered a pizza and wings, once he was done with that I went to order my salad but the young man grabbed my lettuce with the same gloves that he had just put a bunch of meat on my husband's salad with. Mind you. That's extra nasty, for one one, I dont eat meat and like isn't that meat barely cooked not to mention the lettuce was brown so he had to go get fresh lettuce.. My husband's wings were half done and so was his pizza. Taught me a lesson about ordering a salad on line from a place that sells more than salad. This is just gross NEVER AGAIN!

First let me say how horribly this location has gone down hill simply off the service! All of the staff looks confused, winging it, no one seems to know what to do or how to do it? Came one time they forgot my whole online order and still took their sweet time to make it when I got to the store. Come today and the service is awfully slow. For no apparent reason at all? 3 people here? A guy is on the phone with someone trying to figure out how to give a customer a refund. Like I think it’s time to revamp this whole staff or my business will not be returned. And I’m sure many others as well. Used to love this location. Now I have nothing but bad reviews!

We have been going here for years and at first it was a great spot. Every year it goes more and more down hill. They will be empty and take forever to do anything. We have pre ordered and they forgot our order several time to where it took more than an 1hr for a preorder. If you order online they constantly forget items. Every time I ordered a side salad they forgot it. In person the tables are often not cleaned until you ask them. They used to have a nice freestyle coke machine with tons of options but downgraded to a normal fountain machine most likely due to money. They burn almost every pizza. I know high school kids need a job, but I don’t understand why they aren’t trained and how they are constantly allowed to make a mistake. You’re better off going anywhere else.
