This is my first time trying out your roll icecream and although it was phenominal . I must say the service wasnt , if i got her name Then i would have stated it on this review but all i can tell you was she was Hispanic and had a face that would let you know she clearly did not want to work there . Barely any eye contact , No communication and she wasnt helpful at all when i needed help with a question such as "Do you have hazelnut icecream ?" she didnt even hesitate to say no when after my sister was done ordering I saw they Did have It but stated as NUTELLA . Clearly this was her first day . I would advice to put someone with a more positive attitude and who clearly knows how to deal with customer service not someone who you were desperate to find along the road . This behavior and attitude was noticed by not only me but also those around me . Will i come again , no . i do hope your service improves for every customer who decided to buy from you .

A nice little place at Sugar Loaf Mills Mall. You can get bubble tea here and rolled ice cream. I love the fact that they use real fresh fruit in your ice cream.

It's ok for the location. Compared to other roll ice cream spots outside of the mall the fall short. They are pricey and they are stingy with the toppings. ?6.99 for half of a brownie bite, one oreo, and a sprinkle of m&m minis and chocolate chips.
