They have a nice serving of food for the right price, i dont know if its American or Hispanic, eatery, if it's Hispanic, it has the vibes, but needs more flavoring for the food, I ordered the chicken nachos, it was a nice serving size but needs seasoning on the meat, the cashier was very nice and delightful, I love the esthetic of the restaurant. Has plenty of seating, they dont have a pricing on the menu but I believe you can scan the qrc code, (didnt try to see) to see pricing, or they will tell you. I feel like pricing should be visible for all to. Nice place to vibe and hang and listen to latin,Hispanic music.

WORST SERVICE EVER SO DISAPPOINTING SO MUCH MARKETING FOR A GROUP OF LADIES WITH HORRIBLE ATTITUDE AND ITS ALL OF THEM!!!
So so SAD… All the effort the owner puts in for her workers to ruin everything.
I had to give it one more try since last time I went I also had a bad experience but never again.
By the way food is great nothing wrong with that, TRAIN BETTER THEM GIRLS!!!

I went in the morning and the service was disappointing. Our cashier, Perla, took our order but created confusion in our large party with the ordering and charged us another plate that we did not ask for. We tried to clarify what we really wanted and she acted like she didn’t understand and did not try to resolve our problem. Huge waste of our money.

My friend and I usually go to your other location, and we’ve always had a great experience there—both the food and the service are consistently excellent. Today, we visited this location since it was closer, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing.

We came specifically for the Dubai chocolate strawberries, but they didn’t meet our expectations. The kataifi didn’t look or taste the same as it usually does. I even showed the cashier a photo from a previous visit to show her what we were expecting, clearly pointing out the location, but she dismissed it and said, “That wasn’t from here,” despite the photo clearly showing it was.

Instead of trying to understand or help, she was defensive and told us the product was perfectly fine and that there was nothing she could do. We felt brushed off, and that interaction really impacted our experience.

We love your restaurant and have always had good visits at the other location, which is why this was so disappointing.

She also said that the Kataifi was like that because of the chocolate.

The cashier had a poor attitude, and definitely acted like she didn’t want to be there. I didn’t feel welcomed at all. I asked questions about different items and she rolled her eyes like she didn’t want to answer them. Also it took 25 mins to get our food and it was not very busy. Only 3 other tables. My son got the cup noodles , but I didn’t get a plate or bowl with them , I asked for a plate to put them on and was told “ that’s not how we do things here “ I was thrown off and explained I just wanted it so a mess wasn’t made on the table. I will say this place is clean , and the cashiers kept coming out to clean the tables. This place is also over priced but food was good. I read other reviews and it seems like the owner will not take responsibility for rude staff and seems like this is a big issue for this place.

Today I came my first order was 70 dollars then came back paid 20 more dollars. I’m putting money into this business for this girl who was working Adela to be giving faces at me for no reason I came in respectfully , like she doesn’t like her job . While I was eating I also saw that she gave mutiple other clients the same attitude . I the food was for the most part alright but the tosticeveshe was 20 dollars and I didn’t take more then 3 bites before throwing it away it was outrageous disgusting .I just really dis liked the customer service I received here , the customer service should be the number one priority in any business , I will not be returning fix the stafff please

The toxica mechilada was more pot then food with low amounts of food and the menudo was more soup then actual food and the miche agua did not look like the photo and they said the wings were pretty good but in reality they were small, the fries with the wings were good though
