Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I never write reviews! Service horrible! Made me sit and wait for 20 minutes while other people got their orders. I was picking up for doordash too. The front register african american guy said he got me when i told him i had doordash. He never spoke to me again. I had to go up and re-ask a different person. Horrible experience.

Big shout out to the Manager! (Not sure of her name, She wears glasses and has short hair.) She was so sweet and nice when my husband told her about his food not being cooked right.
And she went above and beyond to make sure he was satisfied, finally someone with a nice attitude and friendly.

Drive through gets my order wrong everytime no apologies had to stop by twice for these ppl to get my order right. This place has a different definition of consistency.

They Asked if they could drizzle sauce on my salad
I asked them to roll the chicken in the sauce
Proceed to give me it the way I didn't want it .
2 salads 30$ and they couldn't even get my order right
Will not be returning

Food, great. People wonderful. The HVAC is wacked out. It was hot inside, 80 plus degrees. I usually don't have much time for site down food during the day, today was to be it. No, too hot to eat inside, I went out an ate in my car.

I went to Zaxby's and ordered a chicken fingers kiddie meal when I got home and open the box there where only 8 fries in the dam box and I ordered 2 egg rolls that shit was cold and so dam oily like they heat that shit up from yesterday. Never again buying Zaxby's shitty food smfg

right at $9 for this “appetizer” and it doesn’t even come full? i’ve had other times i’ve went here and they have shorted me chicken tenders when i order 4 and they give me 3. with the order in the pic i also got sprite and apparently they don’t clean the machine or something cause you can taste vinilla in my sprite.. this is crazy and a rip off. go to a different location to get your moneys worth cause the employees at this location act like they pay for the food out of their checks and have to save money. absolutely disappointing and such a waste of money. not to mention it tastes old.

The food was so disappointing, the wing sauce was pure salt and we got nuclear flavor. They gave my boyfriend a travel size wing, while they gave me a cruchy burnt ahh wing. And the fries were basically raw AND salty. The cooks did not feel like working😂 BRUH AND ONE OF MY WINGS HAD A BIG

My first taste of Zaxby's was a zensation salad and veggie egg rolls. Delicious. Service was good too.

Manager is incompetent, unintelligent, and rude. I won't be returning to this location even though it's only a mile away.

These folks load you to the top with ice for those high priced drinks. Paid $4 for a regular lemonade took two swallows and it’s gone. Now I’m sipping air and ice water..lol. Im guessing she wanted me to have more water than actual lemonade. It’s a shame that Zaxby’s train their employees to be stingy on the so called premium drinks giving ppl more ice than anything. Ridiculous. On the other hand they have good service and hospitality.

Just stopped for some fries and a quick drink. The drink was good. The fries were not as fresh as they could be.
