We don't dine at Zaxby's often but we're so happy we did. The food was good but the service was awesome. Sam was so kind and helpful. We had our toddler with us and he and the whole staff were so accommodating.

Great food. They forgot the dipping sauce. Chicken fingers and French fries were hot and seasoned. Fried pickles were awesome.

Came in yesterday and I should've known something was off with this location. Two people were inside the store because their orders were wrong. I ordered my food, watched the young lady look at the receipt as she packed it, and I thought I was good. Get halfway home (40 minutes away) and see that she didn't pack my almost $10 meal. How do you get it wrong and you're literally looking at my order receipt? So I just lost that money because who's going to drive back 20 minutes to get it corrected? It shouldn't be that difficult to get an order correct.

I work in the area and placed an order through the app. When I got there I picked up my food and sat in my car to eat it at the restaurant (which I usually don’t), as I’m eating the manager came up to my car and told me I didn’t pay for my food and that I needed to come pay for it. Mind you, I placed it online, paid online and everything. So I gave him the food back and checked my acct that still had the charge for the meal. I went back into the store to show the manager and he was so rude. He told me that “if I was broke I needed to say that”. After that I got upset and started to insult him back, he then calls the police, took pictures of me and my car, when all he could’ve done was handled it appropriately like a good manager would. I asked for his name to file a complaint and he was telling me that his name was my name. Long story short, I can’t go back to this location but corporate explained everything to me and gave me an additional credit on top of reversing my initial payment. Don’t spend your money here, the manager thinks you’re broke

China who was the cashier was such a nice young lady. The food was the best food I've ever had at any Zaxby's. We eat at Zaxby's several times a week. I had not been to this Zaxby's recently. We live closer to Hamilton Mill Zaxby's. Ive never had very good food at Hamilton Mill Zaxby's like I had in this restaurant tonight. Hamilton Mills salads are always very skimpy. And we always get cold food. All the employees were so kind tonight and had such great personalities at Pikes restaurant. I definitely will be back at this Zaxby's. Thanks for making my night.

Got a salad, a simple Cobb salad 🥗,not fresh, nothing on the salad was fresh, soggy lettuce can cause sickness. Only good thing was able to get a refund.

Very slow service, don’t even waist your time in curbside pickup I had to come in after waiting more then 20mins because they forgot they have a job to do and with many employees around this shouldn’t be a thing, my food is all soggy (:

Grilled cheese EXTREMELY SALTY!!! Definitely avoid if you care about your blood pressure… the wings could be cooked longer as they were pretty soggy

My husband and I have always loved Zaxbys, but we don't go very often because we do most of our cooking at home. We went to this location yesterday; staff was extremely friendly, bathrooms were clean, dining room was almost spotless, 100% health score, food tasted good until ~15 minutes after we left the restaurant. We definitely have food poisoning, and it's been so horrible :'(. Praise the Lord our toddler has shown no signs of an upset stomach, or else we probably would've had to go to the hospital (her food was scorching hot, in comparison to mine and my husband's). As someone who used to work in the food industry for a long time, you can't take the "easy route" when handling other people's food! Please go the extra mile to make sure hands and food prep areas are cleaned, oil is being changed out of the fryer daily, etc. If we were people who had weak immune systems, this would've been a different story. This experience has us definitely rethinking of where we should eat when we go out - restaurants who take pride in their work. CFA is really the only place we trust, and we should've went with our gut.

I know how a good Zaxbys runs and I’m being 100% honest, this is not it. Why is the girl with the ponytail at the window so rude? Her demeanor is very dismissive. I wrote it off the last time because I thought she was having a bad day. But it seems as if she’s always like that. To make things worse, something is always stale. Whether it’s the toast (typically my favorite part) or the fries. Why go here when you can just go to the one on Scenic Hwy. NEVER and I mean NEVER have I had these problems at other locations. Sugarloaf Pkwy ✅ Scenic Hwy✅ W Pine St ❌. This will be be my last time going to this location until something changes

Everytime when I go to the restaurant it’s a problem , my orders always are wrong it’s my 3rd time in that restaurant and all were wrong😑
