Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

My husband and I have always loved Zaxbys, but we don't go very often because we do most of our cooking at home. We went to this location yesterday; staff was extremely friendly, bathrooms were clean, dining room was almost spotless, 100% health score, food tasted good until ~15 minutes after we left the restaurant. We definitely have food poisoning, and it's been so horrible :'(. Praise the Lord our toddler has shown no signs of an upset stomach, or else we probably would've had to go to the hospital (her food was scorching hot, in comparison to mine and my husband's). As someone who used to work in the food industry for a long time, you can't take the "easy route" when handling other people's food! Please go the extra mile to make sure hands and food prep areas are cleaned, oil is being changed out of the fryer daily, etc. If we were people who had weak immune systems, this would've been a different story. This experience has us definitely rethinking of where we should eat when we go out - restaurants who take pride in their work. CFA is really the only place we trust, and we should've went with our gut.

I know how a good Zaxbys runs and I’m being 100% honest, this is not it. Why is the girl with the ponytail at the window so rude? Her demeanor is very dismissive. I wrote it off the last time because I thought she was having a bad day. But it seems as if she’s always like that. To make things worse, something is always stale. Whether it’s the toast (typically my favorite part) or the fries. Why go here when you can just go to the one on Scenic Hwy. NEVER and I mean NEVER have I had these problems at other locations. Sugarloaf Pkwy ✅ Scenic Hwy✅ W Pine St ❌. This will be be my last time going to this location until something changes

Everytime when I go to the restaurant it’s a problem , my orders always are wrong it’s my 3rd time in that restaurant and all were wrong😑

My husband and I drove all the way from Suwannee to this location because our local zaxbys disappointed us with their customer service and quality of the "tenders". My husband suggested we make the drive to pike street for a shareable boneless wings and things tossed in bbq. After we made the twenty minute drive, in the drive through he specifies that we want bbq on the wings and after we stated our large light ice lemonade, he then adds "toss the tenders in nuclear" to avoid confusion. It was infuriating that my order was all nuclear when my me and him were planning on sharing this meal. I have worked at a zaxbys and the drive through line should've had my order correctly, even read it back to me correctly and my receipt said bbq on wings and nuclear on the tenders. very disappointed because we dont have the money to go out of our way and enjoy something that wasnt properly made, looked over with no thought. such a shame, will probably not be coming back.

Ordered through website; driver didn’t have my drink nor my sauces. Employee said manager would call back about a partial refund and never got back to me.

Compared with the Chick Fil A’s in my general area(Athens Ga) Zaxby’s are clearly a notch lower. That doesn’t mean they are bad, just two different levels of good. I personally do not like seasoned fries so that’s a minus at Zaxby’s

The Chick Fil A’s seem to always have a higher level of management on staff, this the operation runs better

I bought Zaxhouse salad and i got this variation. Is that normal?
The lettuce old and withered, some black color. Tomatoes old very melted and soft, almost mold. Disrespect with hard workers what just need to be satisfied after spending $14 for a simple fresh salad.

First time at this location the food looks like it was cooked in old oil. We didn't eat the fries they looked and tasted bad from the old oil. Once my order was placed, it was served in a timely manner. In my opinion the building needs some renovation work done inside.

This place has not changed, I read reviews about the staff being very unprofessional, well the apple don’t fall far from the tree. The manager, was there today, assisting and I asked for extra seasoning salt for my fries and he throws the seasoning salt into the bag and it falls out like he was hired to play basketball with the customers food. The lack of professionalism is beyond unexceptionable and I worked in a high corporate environment when it comes to restaurants, and we would never allow our employees to service our customers like this.
I hope they re evaluate their hiring process.
They’re having a big party in the back instead of greeting their customers.
They get a big fat zero
