Great when craving quality “street” food

- Arepa Sifrina - Reina pepiada (chicken & guacamole salad) with shredded Gouda cheese - love cheese and love guac, enjoyed this arepa

- Arepa frita pernil - two fried arepas with pernil, cabbage, cheese and sauces in between. Really good but really heavy not sure who is able to finish the entire dish. Def recommend sharing it!

- Cachapa queso de mano - not pictured but my favorite. Love the sweet corn arepa with big hunk of cheese

I am a frequent customer of this restaurant and on February 15, 2025, around 7 pm, I had a very unpleasant experience. I was served by a girl with straight brown hair and thick legs, who showed a completely inappropriate attitude. To be more specific, there were about 8 people waiting behind me, and when I placed my order, the girl arrogantly served me, as well as talking to someone on her headphones while serving me.

Then even though my order was already ready he decided to serve the 8 people behind me who literally ate before me and left first which made me feel very uncomfortable. In my impatience, I stood up and asked him why he hadn't given me my order yet, despite it having arrived before everyone else. She, with an ironic and arrogant smile, replied that my order had been ready for a long time.

I politely commented to him that it seemed inconsiderate of him not to have informed me of the situation sooner, and he simply did not respond or show any interest in apologizing. Their attitude was totally inadequate for the level of service I am accustomed to at this restaurant.

I hope this comment reaches the owner, since I believe that this person is not providing the service that one expects from an establishment of this quality. Please check the security cameras to verify what happened as I was wearing a military style camouflage sweater and you will see how long he made me wait and never told me the food was ready.

I hope that appropriate measures are taken, as this experience greatly affected my perception of a restaurant that I had always considered excellent.

Suppose to be fresh and grilled spot. We ate at this location but we also ordered arepas to go, and before leaving the restaurant, I wanted to eat one arepa, and it was warm from the outside, but the chicken inside was frozen. So much for fresh food location. Mind as well, just get it from any supermarket from the frozen section.

The food was delicious, i had never had Venezuelan food before but the steak and plaintain with the pick and the sauce....ooohh how delicious.
I got the fried sweet Plantain with Beef and passion fruit drink..
