Don't stop if you are in a hurry, especially through the drive, thu. Sat in line for 5 minutes, and no one addressed i was there. When I pulled around, the boy who was doing the drive thru was on his phone. Went inside to order, and then he came to take my order and I told him he left me hanging in the drive thru and that his cell phone was more important than doing his job. He never apologized and looked at me like I was the problem.

I went in this restaurant Friday morning stood there. The lady said she’ll get my order in a minute. 10 minutes later. I left today Monday morning. I walked in there. They just look at me and not take my order..So I won’t be back

Manager on duty 11/14 at 2:00 needs to check their power tripping over staff at the door. No wonder you can no longer call there anymore. They have a number that goes straight to a mailbox that’s not set up. That’s a true sign that you expect every call is a complaint! They’re truly wearing the crown of a horrible business. And don’t think for a minute that if you go through the trouble of chat, then email, that you’ll get any satisfaction.. corporate doesn’t have a point of contact either. They’re leaving their customers with the desire to appear on an episode of customer wars! Legit worst customer complaint resolution ever.

Trash…. Nothing ever works at that Burger King….. they once told me they were out of burgers at a burger restaurant they never have ice cream, there slushy machine stays broken, n most of the employees are either tweaking outta there minds or just don’t give a rats ass just shut it down 🤷🏼‍♂️

The absolute worst Burger King experience of my life! My order was wrong so I took my burger back and asked for it to be fixed. The cook took my burger out of the wrapper, put it in a new wrapper and put it on the tray under the heat lamp for the next customer to take! I had already opened the burger, removed the bun and touched the whole thing and he was going to serve it to someone else! When confronted about the situation, the cashier took the burger off the tray and was going to throw it away but the “cook” took it from the cashier and put it back under the heat lamp and said it was fine and nothing was wrong with it! Me and everyone else in the restaurant couldn’t believe what we just witnessed! I ended up getting a brand new COLD burger. Ohh and by the way NOTHING is flame grilled in this place! Sad excuse of a restaurant and it’s the only option in this area. Do better people!

Im recently homeless and I saw general manager or district manager was in the store today and I approached her and ask for for meal that I didn't have money to pay for she was very kind and understanding as was the manager working the shift and was happy to give it to me without any judgment and meant a lot just wanted to leave this review and say thank you
