Okay we eat from BK @ 1 x per week. We do mobile orders and pickup as they are ALWAYS short handed. But the manager usually fixes our food and it is usually right and decently prepared. But we ordered and paid for 2 double cheeseburgers with extra cheese, lettuce and tomato, which we all paid for. What we GOT was small single burgers with no extra cheese, single patties, and while we got lettuce, we got about a half dollar sized piece of tomato. And lastly the fries were old and not at all fresh. We want a refund or a replacement, but when we called, one number was no longer in service and the other was not taking calls. Come on BK, you can do better.

Drive thru girl rushes orders . Once last week chicken and a bun . No bacon lettuce tomatoe or mayo. It happens . So this week . Bacon king … meat onion bun . No mayo bacon or catchup. Guess they are running low on condiments when she’s working . I’m running low on patience! Forget calling listed number they don’t think phone needs to be answered .

Went through the drive-thru was told to wait for a moment. No problem. Several minutes later a truck pulled up to the other lane they took his order and the order from the car behind him. They never got to me I went inside still told they can't take my order I needed to wait when they're serving the other people that got there after me this place is a joke

Every. Single. Time I go here they always mess my order up in some way or another. This is honestly my last time visiting this place and it sucks because of how close and convenient it is. My order this time was so simple. Bacon egg and cheese croissant meal with a coffee and the French toast sticks meal with a vanilla iced coffee. They claimed the iced coffee wasn’t ordered. It was. It’s on the receipt. The regular coffee was handed to me ice cold. And the damn croissant was a biscuit. I’m hardly ever an asshole but this is so ridiculous. It would be different if it was every now and then but it’s literally every single time I come to this location. Then you can’t even talk to anybody because they all have an attitude with you. Absolutely insane. I wish this place would shut down and let a better company take over honestly.

The daytime lady managers a joke. Seemingly good at her job but not so good at keeping her feelings hidden and her mouth shut about customers she doesn’t like. I clearly heard her say “I hate you” when I told her about an online order one day. She rolls her eyes when I come in. She should really stop acting so nice and friendly and just be the judgmental grump she actually is. Foods usually good though. Not sure I’ll keep returning is she’s there.

Took 18 minutes in the drive-through while I was the only car in the drive-through multiple employees outside smoking cigarettes multiple people standing at the front counter doing absolutely nothing. Don’t waste your time or your money here go to Golden pantry or blazers The store needs to be shut down immediately. Raccoons coming out of the trash area
Food was so hot and fresh, I had to wait for it to cool before eating it. Prepared with care and it showed. Nice it find somewhere like that again. Thank you!
