The first thing I noticed about Chicken Express in Lexington was the cleanliness of the restaurant. I didn't see a crumb on the floor or any of the available tables. My husband and I then approached the counter, and we're immediately greeted by the staff. They were slightly busy, but seemed to work quickly and efficiently to handle all the orders in front of us.
