The gentleman working were rude, I ordered a sub and a pretzel and was brought out my sun and an old churro then was told they were out of pretzels so gave me a churro because there the same price which is not true so not only did I get ripped off but the food was stale and had to deal with terrible customer service. We will not be going back.

The "assistant manager" met me at the door at 6:42pm and informed me that he had just mopped the floors so "no customers were allowed inside"... I was told to come back in 20-25 minutes if I still wanted food.... I asked him fir name and contact info for the owner and was told to "get out and not come back ever!" I laughed and told him that I would be back and that HE would make my food and that was my promise. Absolutely the most rude and obnoxious indiviual... who is quick to tell you the he's "in charge!!" This establishment will be closed in the 6 months....AGAIN....

On a Thursday evening I walked in this establishment at 7:14pm. My husband, myself and 3 kids. Every chair inside was upside down on the table as though they were about to close. I was told before my whole family could even get in the door that any more than 3 sandwiches had to be ordered online. I was not allowed to get in line to order our food. There were 2 people inside. Good luck staying in business Subway.

-Employees always sitting on their phones inside and outside. -Never stocked with anything to make the simplest sandwiches. -Management doesn’t seem to care. Ive known multiple people who have worked there and have said they’ve been mistreated. -chairs are always up and does not feel inviting whatsoever. -Online ordering shouldn’t be a thing there because unknowingly ive come up to receive my order and its ALWAYS canceled by the employee upfront.
I want it to succeed but if it’s being ran into the ground like this just leave already

They have no plain wheat bread, says they only have Multigrane with seeds all on it. My sandwich is barely tosted, like its a cold Philly cheesesteak sandwich. Then I'm told I need to order my food a certain way. It's not hard to make a sandwich. they are not good with service or making a good sandwich. Not to many options of food out here, n we can't even get a good sandwich.

I’ve tried going 3 times about 45-30 minutes before they “close” (according to their hours posted on Google and their door) and they’ve been closed early everytime. I just wanted a sandwich :(
