Service is always great in the morning and always just awful at night. Night shift can't get anything right. They're always in a bad mood and the GM always has an attitude. Yesterday I sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes without being acknowledged. Then I get to the window and they reread my order to me. That's wrong too. So I had to wait longer to get that right. They need to just close at night atp. GM is rarely there to begin with and when she is she never gets orders right and doesn't care to fix them and has an attitude like you are the problem. NEVER have problems in the mornings unless she is there. If she's who they have representing our hometown hardees, she creates a really bad image for it that's for sure. Shaquita is her name. She never pays attention to you ordering as well and then throws it on someone else to try to figure out. What's so bad is all of this is multiple encounters not just one bad day.

Hardee's here in Lincolnton it is the worst service there is so nasty I stopped taking my clients there because of attitudes management should be better than that but I guess who owns it don't care how the service is no way someone could work in my establishment as a manager and have a nasty attitude like that it's so sad to that these people don't know how to treat their customers work on your management because management what makes a good team of workers if your management sucks then your team workers suck buy Hardee's I'll never be back
