Unbelievable, they must be between managers, or something, the talking and the cursing, and the arguing between 4 employees. Dirty parking lot, light bulbs out. It was the worst service I have ever endured. Took us an hour to get our food and eat at a fast food burger place. Never again.

There was atleast 4 employees behind the counter .. we stood in the lobby a good 10mins and still didn’t get our order taken. When we finally got a response after 20mins, lady stated “ she don’t know she’s the only one “ . Decided to just go to another place to grab food, and they was in the lobby with a group .. 2/10 . Definitely won’t return.

Just about Every time my family comes up there they miss something in a order, make the order completely wrong, and in some cases I’ve driven back through the line to have them correct the order and they still mess it up. Most of the time there not polite or well mannered either when taking a order or talking to you, across the board one star because my nieces and nephews could do a better job as employees then the current staff.

I waited in the drive-thru for 40mins 5/25/25 got to the drive-thru window and they were so unorganized with orders the lady said she was about to quite and walk out. I hope they get a trainer/manager here to fix it.

They charged me $9 for for 2 biscuits when I ordered from and requested the 2 for $5 menu. I know they did it intentionally because I originally asked for the sausage to be left off of the sausage, egg and cheese biscuit. They said they couldn't do that so I asked for the cheese to be put on the egg instead of the sausage so I could take the sausage off. Then she asked if I wanted an egg and cheese biscuit. I said yes believing I would be paying $5 but I was charged $9. I'm pretty sure it was the manager that did this. I believe I will be calling corporate because I feel like she stole $4 from me.

This place is a sorry excuse for a restaurant, I can’t believe this place is still open, but when Lincoln county only has a few options you can be this horrible and get away with it.
Went to get strawberry lemon biscuits, but they did not have any.

Service is always great in the morning and always just awful at night. Night shift can't get anything right. They're always in a bad mood and the GM always has an attitude. Yesterday I sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes without being acknowledged. Then I get to the window and they reread my order to me. That's wrong too. So I had to wait longer to get that right. They need to just close at night atp. GM is rarely there to begin with and when she is she never gets orders right and doesn't care to fix them and has an attitude like you are the problem. NEVER have problems in the mornings unless she is there. If she's who they have representing our hometown hardees, she creates a really bad image for it that's for sure. Shaquita is her name. She never pays attention to you ordering as well and then throws it on someone else to try to figure out. What's so bad is all of this is multiple encounters not just one bad day.
