We had an amazing experience at Soap Creek Social! The food was absolutely fabulous, and the service went above and beyond. The chef personally custom-made a plate for me based on my dietary restrictions, and it was not only accommodating but delicious. Our server, April, made us feel right at home with her warm, attentive service. It’s so refreshing to dine somewhere that truly cares about their guests. We’ll definitely be back—highly recommend!

Under the new elite management of AGM Kaylyn Nickles, this place is fantastic. We loved dinner so much we came back for brunch the next day. The food is wonderful, but the service is stellar! Vibes are immaculate.

10/10 would recommend. My husband and I will soon be regulars!

Everything about Soap Creek Social is great. Although it’s a little drive out to Lincolnton it’s so worth it! Dinner on the deck in the summer is my favorite as you can see the lake while you eat. Take the drive you won’t be disappointed! Tell Kaylyn I sent you!

I NEVER want to eat anywhere else!! Food is PHENOMENAL!! Staff and service INCREDIBLE!!! I had the opportunity of having Javon as a server, so amazing and attentive!! The chef is phenomenal!!! The staff works together like family!! Will DEFINETLY be back!!

What a great venue on Clarks Hill Lake! We enjoyed our boat trip from Appling and the food was absolutely amazing! As founder of the Rober Carey Foundation, a local non-profit organization...I'm proud to share that the team at Soap Creek Social is all about supporting charity operations as they will be supporting a big event after party for is on May 2nd! Go see them, and come see us too!

It was a pleasant surprise above my expectations. a nice variety of food. A comfortable home feeling, while enjoying the outside view. The service was great. Which made for an excellent experience.

Slow and always out of the popular menu items. The staff however is fantastic.

My husband and I had the pleasure of enjoying the Soap Creek Social restaurant this late afternoon!! We had the absolute best service from Javon. What an amazing experience. As soon as we walked in were warmly greeted by Javon. It just so happened that Javon was also our server, and extremely knowledgeable about the menu. They proceeded to upsell the appetizers by giving a detailed description of their favorites. We decided to choose one of their favorites… the cheese curds! We have never had a garlic battered cheese curd before, but man…. Those were incredible. I can’t wait to come back and try Javon’s recommendation of the chicken thighs next time!

My husband ordered the Bacon Jam burger… everything tasted like it was made from scratch. So much flavor… crispy homemade onion straws, garlic aioli, homemade bacon jam and cheese.

I ordered the hot chicken sandwich with fries. The fries were crispy, with salt… which is all that was needed! The sandwich was obviously hand breaded in a great homemade breading recipe. Homemade remoulade that had a slight spice that was perfect, complementing the chicken, and pickles (which made me happy because I believe every chicken sandwich should have pickles! 🤣)

The only complaint we have is… maybe a better bun.. it felt very store bought, maybe something like brioche?

We ended our night with with the beignets.. light and crispy with powdered sugar and a drizzle of both raspberry and chocolate sauce. Delicious!!!

Why is this place not more popular? The ambiance, the cleanliness, the view of the marina, and the EXCELLENT food and service! Whomever the chef is… Kudos! You deserve some recognition… as well as Javon who was knowledgeable, passionate, and gave wonderful service.

I forgot to mention the delicious blueberry basil smash cocktail!!! Very refreshing, fruity and bubbly. A nice drink to have on your gorgeous patio!

I wouldn't leave any stars if possible! The food is terrible! And the way they treat some of their staff like they are less than! I will never spend another penny there, not even if my life depended on it! I hope they get closed down!

We were visiting the area and found this great location for dinner. It was a beautiful evening for sitting outside on the deck, overlooking the water, and listening to live music. The food was great - I had the Jammin Chicken - and we had no issues with the attentive service.
