I ordered 3 subs, I had to ask the younger person there to please help make subs. She is stingy with veggies, store not clean. Employees are rude!!!

Avoid this Location. Poorly managed and consistently problematic. My recent free sub order was canceled without notification, with staff claiming they don't honor promotions despite visible rewards signage. Previous visits had unacceptable portion sizes. Do not recommend.

Do NOT …. I repeat … Do NOT ever ever order anything from the Subway in Lindale!!! I ordered online, paid for it, and then went to pick up my order, only to have the manager say that he does not accept online orders and would not refund my money!!! Why would that particular store pop up on the app for me to use if this is true??? I have called the corporate office repeatedly and left messages. This Subway is TERRIBLE!!!! Totally unacceptable!! 😡😡😡😡😡

Did an online order and have a confirmation number then 2 mins later get a cancellation confirmation when I didn’t cancel my order and the thing said call your restaurant for more information the man on the phone was VERY!!! rude and was over talking me when I wanted to ask questions and told me nothing he can do when it said it was on he’s side I got told it will late 24 hours till a refund but on my confirmation cancellation says 5-7 days never in my life have I had someone soo rude and disrespectful

I order pretty regularly from this Subway (both through the app and in person) it’s about a 15 minute drive however today is the last day I will ever spend my money at this location. I placed an order through the app to be picked up. When I arrived the owner told me they didn’t have root beer in the fountain drinks. I told him I know that’s why I ordered the bottled root beer so I could get what I wanted for my kiddo. He would not let me get the bottles I paid for, he stated there was an up charge for them. Even though I already paid for the more expensive bottles I still couldn’t get them. He argued and argued with me over this. I finally stormed out with my food. Absolutely ridiculous, you have lost a repeat customer! I will happily drive 20 minutes else where to have better service! ✌️

This will be a disappointing review. Genuinely thought they could get their crap together. They don't have cheese besides cheddar they're pretty much out of most things frequently and the subs are sub par. I ordered a subway thru the app and door dash brought me a salad. (They were out of bread) Still charged for the subway not the salad. Get it together people, looking at past years it's clear this hasn't changed in several years.
