While this is one of my favorite places, they've changed the recipe for their crab cakes (formerly ... and more favorably the seafood cakes) and the seafood pasta (penne pasta is not it) and that took the experience down a notch.

Got takeout, and the caps weren't on the sauce which made the egg rolls a bit soggy. I still ate them since they were straight DELICIOUS as usual but not having them crispy was a disappointment.

When doing a walk-in to Acere Cigar, my cousin and I were exceptionally pleased with the service a particular server offered, Lowla. She immediately made us feel comfortable with her warm smile. From the very beginning, Lowla was very detail oriented, and for lack of a better word, pampered us through the entire dining process. Starting with asking us what our preferences were and recommending drinks and food that were out of this world. Every answer she gave us added to the experience, rather than simply guiding us through it. The care and dedication shown put into our visit certainly made our impact to be treated at such a level and thus, we are turning to this particular location in the future- all thanks to the care provided to us by Lowla. I recommend this place highly!

As a regular traveler at Hartsfield Jackson, Friday traffic in ATL can easily determine your route depending on when you land. Well for me, choosing to go here with a 30 minute drive versus over 1hr drive home when I land is a no brainer. I get to grab dinner, enjoy whiskey and cigars and most of the time, pleasant company.

I originally gave a rating and I should have put the reason why I did. Im leaving a response now because it's only right plus the owner wrote me which I really appreciate. The food was cold, the atmosphere was ok but the service wasn't good. Maybe the lady wasn't having a good day but she literally ignored us the entire time. I'm from Florida so I was very excited to visit this place but it wasn't what I expected. The fact that the owner wrote me, means everything. That shows he takes pride in his business and I love that. I will definitely try this place again in the future. The simple things matter and when he messaged me it actually put a smile on my face. It shows he's professional and genuinely concerned. That goes a long way. Thank you

Very dope experience! Vibe was awesome and very supreme. Cigar room was full of premium selections and the staff was attentive and knowledgeable. Drinks were definitely on point… True Gangstas paradise!
This lounge has very nice ,homey, comfortable feel to it. I went for the first time a couple of days ago. The food was great .The cigar selection is good . The wait staff is friendly and attentive. I look forward to being a regular here.

To say Acere is like Cheers would be an understatement. I started attending Acere around the Feb/March of 2019. BT and Biggs welcomed me from the start and it's been like home ever since. As covid grew and Douglas county became one of the last to shutdown, I found myself there many weeks almost every night. Now mind you I lived 40 minutes away but it was worth the drive. BT and Biggs are very knowledgeable about cigars, and I've seen the humidor expand sometimes solely based on the wishes of some of the "Regulars". Because of the Home that Acere has become, I've celebrated friends' birthdays, seen a Marine celebration and had some of the best times with an awesome group of Men. BT also opened his doors to weekly a podcast that started from just a group of us discussing issues in the Black community. I've also been able to see the support they've shown to other Black owned cigar lounges in Atlanta. I've recently had to move away but I know I still have a home at Acere. If you're ever in Lithia Springs, hell even if you're not, do yourself a favor and stop in to Acere. From the food, service, drinks, cigars and most importantly the Vibe, you won't regret it.
