I originally gave a rating and I should have put the reason why I did. Im leaving a response now because it's only right plus the owner wrote me which I really appreciate. The food was cold, the atmosphere was ok but the service wasn't good. Maybe the lady wasn't having a good day but she literally ignored us the entire time. I'm from Florida so I was very excited to visit this place but it wasn't what I expected. The fact that the owner wrote me, means everything. That shows he takes pride in his business and I love that. I will definitely try this place again in the future. The simple things matter and when he messaged me it actually put a smile on my face. It shows he's professional and genuinely concerned. That goes a long way. Thank you

To say Acere is like Cheers would be an understatement. I started attending Acere around the Feb/March of 2019. BT and Biggs welcomed me from the start and it's been like home ever since. As covid grew and Douglas county became one of the last to shutdown, I found myself there many weeks almost every night. Now mind you I lived 40 minutes away but it was worth the drive. BT and Biggs are very knowledgeable about cigars, and I've seen the humidor expand sometimes solely based on the wishes of some of the "Regulars". Because of the Home that Acere has become, I've celebrated friends' birthdays, seen a Marine celebration and had some of the best times with an awesome group of Men. BT also opened his doors to weekly a podcast that started from just a group of us discussing issues in the Black community. I've also been able to see the support they've shown to other Black owned cigar lounges in Atlanta. I've recently had to move away but I know I still have a home at Acere. If you're ever in Lithia Springs, hell even if you're not, do yourself a favor and stop in to Acere. From the food, service, drinks, cigars and most importantly the Vibe, you won't regret it. Had a great night, while attending a conference. Good food good folks and good smokes.
Awesome spot! Great ambiance, fun vibe, extremely comfortable seating and amazingly helpful and friendly staff. All the cocktails are lovingly named after Atlanta landmarks. I started with Zone 6 which was a delightful twist on a smoky mezcal old fashioned that was cleverly served in a small cigar box. I then enjoyed one of the best and most balanced French 75s I've ever had called the I-75, courtesy of Brooke. Pam hooked us up in the humidor with white glove service. She knew everyone that walked in by name and what they liked, which I'm always impressed by. We came to check it out, ended up spending a good three hours there. Time flies when you're spending it with great people!
Almost forgot, don't sleep on the lemon pepper wings! They're delicious. Also, the ventilation in the building is excellent. So even non cigar enjoyers can be a part of the fun and have a good time.
10/10. Will definitely be back! Thanks everyone.

We were passing through Douglasville on our way to South Carolina. I am glad we stopped by. My wife and I enjoyed their southern hospitality, good food, nice selection of cigars, and great drinks. We had a wonderful time, and we will definitely visit again in our next trip that way. You guys should consider ope ing a location in Katy TX. ?

Real cool atmosphere! Dropped in on our way to South Carolina. The food was great, the drinks were on point and our waitress Joy definitely took care of us. @ the owner- if you ever thought about expanding, you’d make a killing in Katy, TX!
