Just ordered food from this American Deli and I am appalled by the foul language used by the cashier. While it was casual conversation between her and the “order packer”, it was totally inappropriate for an establishment. The constant cursing while customers are waiting should not be tolerated.

I use to love this American Deli but what I’m not liking as of now is for one; they got them young teenage girls in there with so much attitude. The wings are always different sizes at different times. I guess they are trying to cut down on how much they spend on meat bc the Philly cheesesteaks are full of onions and green peppers. It’s hardly any meat when you actually open it so it’s a waste to spend your hard earned money on a meal not worth it.
In my order of a 10 piece wings combo two wings were the size of an infant finger, so actually it was an 8 piece.

These young girls are rude. They gave my order to someone else. Didn’t wanna correct the situation. I asked for a manager. Couldn’t get that either. I spent $50. Didn’t get my food and then they told me I could only reorder wings

I went after work to get wings for dinner a 15piece lemon pepper. As soon as I placed my order they called my number. I’m thinking wow that was fast. Only to get home and discover that the wings had been sitting and dropped back in the grease is what it taste like. Very hard and taste old. I called to let the know my experience and was told they could remake my order or did I want a refund. I stated that they could remake the order but not until Thursday because work want allow me to come any sooner. She then said I have to bring the food with me. I asked her to repeat that. She said bring the food with you. I asked you want me to hold the food until Thursday. As if I would waste time calling for a $20 15 piece because I wanted something free. Then I asked for the owner name and she told me she didn’t know it. Now I’m getting upset and I told her that I will never return but I’m going to definitely leave a review. I pass several American Deli for this one because the food is typically good. However, the last few times not good and the Customer Service has gotten worse. Be mindful of the fast orders usually been sitting!!!
