I came in here yesterday around 3pm and got a 10pc, fries and a large drink. By 5pm I was throwing EVERYTHING up. I had food poisoning so bad from this establishment that I could barely walk. Idk what they having going on in there but I will NEVER return. This was the most traumatizing experience ever!

Food was not heated up ask for vegetable rice and got shrimp fried rice. I told them could they create a new order and threw away the shrimps and left one in the rice it was a very bad experience please do not go to this restaurant.

I'm disappointed with my recent visit to American Deli. The wing size was unacceptably small, and out of the 100 wings ordered, only 75 were actually edible. Despite the friendly service from the young lady at the front, the overall experience was subpar. The high prices added insult to injury, making it even more frustrating to leave unsatisfied. Unfortunately, this was not the birthday dinner experience I had hoped for my daughter.

I've eaten at several other American Deli's and never had a problem. Order the same thing every time I go. I will never come back to this location. Ordered online for pickup and when I came in to get my food, the staff was sitting down behind the counter, music blaring. No greeting, they just stood up and looked at me. Got my food and left. I only live 12 minutes from this location and while my food was still hot, the tilapia was drier than the Sahara and the fried rice was burnt. One tartar sauce for six pieces of fish. Called to let the store know and request that they fix my meal since it was inedible and a woman named "Sean/Shawn" said that was the cook's fault and they'd have to call doordash since I ordered online. She was rude, said her manager was washing dishes and couldn't be bothered to come to the phone. She wouldn't give us the number for doordash and couldn't or wouldn't give us their store number. If you want American Deli, go to another location because this one is absolutely terrible on all levels.

Wings never disappoint! Fried rice was plenty and fresh!!!! Kids loved the chicken strips!
Ordered two House fried rice for $25. The amount of meat is disappointing. Had to really dig to find any meat. Only found a couple shrimp, a few pieces of chicken and a little beef. The house choice adds almost $5 a plate, there is typically a nice amount of meat, not this time.

Supply prices of wings are lower than precovid prices but this place still is charging pandemic prices and taking advantage of its customers and making a killing. Don’t buy here until prices are less than $0.75 a wing. If not, let them go out of business.
