Food sucks. Worst wings I've ever had.Hard, dry, tiny garbage wings. Cold, un-seasoned wet fries. Gyro was a lettuce wrap due to lack of meat, ham & turkey sub taste like it came out of a vending machine, Philly was cold and tasteless. This is the worst American Deli I've ever had. Due Thornton Road a favor, close this store.

Inflation is a real thing. So your quality of food should match the prices. I ordered two 10-piece wings and fried rice and got home and realized the rice had this scorched taste, which is unacceptable when you spend $35 for your meal. Those preparing the food know this and should not package burnt food for customers. I will not be coming back to this location. Floyd Roads location food quality is much better, but I was on Thornton and thought I would give them a shot. Never again!

No matter what time or day I come here or who is working they can never accommodate an all flats 10 piece order. They want to compromise with you and ask you to do half. and half not sometimes but every single time. I took my business elsewhere.Trust me the American Deli on Floyd Rd is definitely better. They are way more professional and get my order right every time.

Ordered food and stood at the counter to check my order. Noticed it had hair in it. I immediately let the lady know that was there, she took it around the corner and came back with the same food but the hair was gone. I asked for a refund and was asked to come back.....never

I purchased on Uber Eats and somehow I still had to bring the food back. My food was burnt and cold. I watched the man in the back take my burnt food and put it back in the grease making it even harder. Couldn’t eat it at all. The two young ladies in the front tried to help but they only can do so much with a man that has no regards for customer. They even reached out to the owner but no answer I definitely appreciate them for trying. I go here a lot bcuz it’s close to my job but the disrespect was loud bcuz would u eat hard food. I trashed that as soon as I walked out.

I’ve eaten at several other American Deli’s and never had a problem. Order the same thing every time I go. I will never come back to this location. Ordered online for pickup and when I came in to get my food, the staff was sitting down behind the counter, music blaring. No greeting, they just stood up and looked at me. Got my food and left. I only live 12 minutes from this location and while my food was still hot, the tilapia was drier than the Sahara and the fried rice was burnt. One tartar sauce for six pieces of fish. Called to let the store know and request that they fix my meal since it was inedible and a woman named “Sean/Shawn” said that was the cook’s fault and they’d have to call doordash since I ordered online. She was rude, said her manager was washing dishes and couldn’t be bothered to come to the phone. She wouldn’t give us the number for doordash and couldn’t or wouldn’t give us their store number. If you want American Deli, go to another location because this one is absolutely terrible on all levels.
