The lil girl at this location at the drive thru was so nasty her attitude was straight up stank my wife and I just left because she did not have to be so rude and so disrespectful..... whoever she is she needs to be fired

Very good experience very welcoming very patient suggestive selling nice and pleasant. You don’t get that very often. Miss Teka Brown was the person on the intercom drive-through. You don’t get that very often. She was very sweet very patient and you don’t get there early in the morning, I’ll be back, great customer service
I had never been in inside,but the line was too long so I went inside. The women who took my order was great. I was asking for an altered order and she had no issue make it how I wanted it. Everyone in the establishment seemed in good spirits. It was clean and my food was amazing and fresh. Thank you all so much.

Need to use better cups for soft drinks. Styrofoam doesn't hold the tops secure.The service from the window is lacking as they're not paying attention to customer care ?
I had a Steak combo upsized with Bo rounds , and a orange juice, another steak biscuit and a potato pie ubered to me . The Bo rounds , ketchup and pie were missing and the steak was very salty and the biscuit was hard , can't even eat the other biscuit for the saltiness !!!! I must add though , this is the first time I've gotten bad service from my Thornton Road Bojangles , hopefully it won't happen again , because today I just wasted my money !!!!!!

Just got dinner at the Lithia Springs location and the service was outstanding. Everyone was courteous, helpful and super friendly. Victoria went out of her way to get my order right and Canaan served my food with a smile and I didn’t have to ask him for condiments. I will definitely be grabbing dinner there again.
