My hamburger was burnt,the bottom bum was so tuff ot stail that I couldn't bite through it. I will never go there again and will suggest that no one else goes there either.
To be honest it was the best Burger King I had in a very long time service was very good young ladies seem to be running the store hands down very well kept and respectful very clean food was good and I was happy
We were hitting the highway and wanted to grab a duck breakfast and I was extremely disappointed once we hit the road I diced into my hashbrowns they were cold and stale, NY fresh toast sticks were soggy a ND tasted like the freezer. They didn't have any honey overall its 2024 there. Should be no reason why the building is new but the food tastes like it expired last year

I had a really frustrating experience during my last visit. I waited in line for about 30 minutes, and when I finally received my order, it turned out to be the wrong one. The cashier asked for my order, and after I confirmed it, she handed me a bag of food. Once I got down the street and checked, I realized it wasn’t mine at all.
I went back to let them know, but I was told I needed to go through the drive-thru again, despite the mix-up with my order. It was disheartening to wait another 30 minutes. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive an apology for the inconvenience, and they also forgot the extra item I had ordered.
I tried to talk to the manager about the situation, but he didn’t come to the window and just mentioned that he was working with a lot of young staff. It felt like my concerns weren’t taken seriously at all. I really hope there can be improvements in how they handle these situations in the future.
