They are the rudest people. You're ordering food at their location and act likes it's a burden to them to have to help you. I asked to add an easy item to my order and you would've thought the world was ending by the eye rolls and huffs I got

I dont eat burger king very often but they served me very quickly and were very friendly. I was chatting with the manager for the night and I felt very welcome. If I ever come back through I will definitely stop again.

It says it closes at 11PM. They actually closed before 10PM. And the workers just looked at us like we were crazy. Worse Burger King I have ever been to. I would look into this if I were the franchise owner

They wouldn’t even answer the phone after having me hold for on the phone for hours I still can’t call. I’m in need of w2 that was never sent out. This place has no good customer service skills it is unkind and unkind to teenagers that work for them. Customer service Is utterly disrespectful to the kids as well as the parents. They will fire your child after complaints of being assaulted. Instead of firing that manager that causes the assault. This is not a great place for any child to work at All. Can’t even the W2 after working for this place. Like I said it was never sent out. I’m looking for corporate.

Waited 10 mins at the box ordered a impossible burger with no pickle no onion after getting off work to get home bite my burger and it beef talking about pissed off I don’t eat beef I called them 20x no answer I’m will be calling corporate. I have the burger and my receipt.

I was the only one in the drive-through and my food was cold! Onion rings look like they have been sitting there for a while. They were soft. Even the patty on my whopper Junior was cold.
