Nothing wrong with the food. Food was the same as any other chick fil a. What I found ridiculous is the layout of the dinning area and the bathrooms. Your all over other people and have zero space. The women's is multi and the men's is a single so the line for the men's room is backed out to the outside door. Not sure who designed this restaurant but you need to go back to school and have some common sense.

This is truly the straw that broke the camels back for me pertaining to all food located on the Thornton Rd strip. I have never been as disappointed as I am today in this Chick-fil-A. I ordered a grilled chicken club sandwich. The bun was powdered and molded so bad I can’t believe they still used it. The lettuce was wilted and discolored and the sandwich was wet for some reason. This Chick-fil-A was my go to for fast food near me, because everything on Thornton rd has lost its ability to care about service, quality, presentation or time management. Sadly for me this Chick-fil-A has been added to the places of I refuse to spend the money I work for on this. I was so irritated I didn’t even go back for the refund just chucked it in the trash and took my loss. Please inspect the quality of what your employees are allowing out the door/window. You may keep some but you definitely just lost one.

Ordered 2 cobb salads with fried nuggets. The nuggets were ice cold as if they were taken out if the refrigerator! No way to contact the store directly for them to rectify it! Will not go back to this location again!

It was 15 minutes from closing time. I ordered a grill chicken sandwich and waffle fries. Service was definitely slower than the morning/afternoon rush. I was disappointed that my waffle fries were only half full. Once I realized this, I was too far to turn around.
