Tonight's visit to Chipotle off Lithia Springs was incredibly disappointing. The staff were rude and unaccommodating, even refusing to provide a simple side of cilantro. Despite the store's closing time being 11 pm, they were already shutting down at 9:30 pm, leaving me feeling rushed. As if that wasn't enough, they were out of fresh veggies, pico, and even put away the fresh corn as I was ordering. Overall, a frustrating experience that definitely needs improvement.

This location can be a hit or miss. The staff is usually annoyed or irritated by your patronage of the business. Half scoops of rice and proteins, attitude when asked to correct the food portion. Dirty drink station, sticky with spilled sodas and lemonade. No silverware nor napkins.Because this location is so close, I’ve visited it several times since moving to the area. A large portion of the problem stems from the lack of mature management. Hiring young people is great, but if not managed properly, can become a hang out spot for staff, instead of work.Kid-friendliness: It’s Chipotle…. Not McDonald’s.

Tried to order some food off the app but it wouldn't take any of my payments. Went into store and they yelled we only taking online orders. I explained my situation and they told me their card system was turned off and I had to leave because I didn't order online. I left with no fuss and they locked the doors. I sat there in my car for about a good five minutes and counted 10 customers who had to leave because they locked the doors. Bad service. Don't have the website saying you're open and locked the doors

How do you only have 2 people working during Friday afternoon rush? Absolutely unacceptable. Close down this location or pay your staff a decent wage to attract workers.

The beans be dried out, the workers be unsanitary, and when my boyfriend asked for vinaigrette , they said they didn’t have any, but we were looking right at it. My boyfriend pointed and said “look I see it there”, and they still pretended that it wasn’t. So they can save it for the next day instead of having to prep in the morning. (Aka doing their job)They are so unprofessional and need to stop hiring children, and clean up themselves a little.

I’ll say this. I was disappointed they were out of a lot of the toppings but no fault to the workers! They were freaking amazing tonight! Soon as I walked in I was greeted with a welcome in by a lady who appeared to be training a lady. Firstly you don’t get that anymore plus we had just left another chipotle because of all the toppings they were out of as well. We left that one I was not feeling the vibes. Anyways….these ladies were a blast to interact with. All of them had smiles on their face and I was sure to thank them for their customer service! I don’t know their names but I hope this get to them and their supervisor so they can be acknowledged. It seems small but it’s so big with the average person having low expectations for fast food but this was a diamond in the rough.
