I'd be lying if I didn't say I was more than a little leery of trying this place, but I was staying at a nearby hotel and wanted some good ol' fried fish so I stopped in on Sat May 8th and I couldn't have been more pleased. The young lady at the counter who helped me gave EXCELLENT customer service including advice on the best type of fish to order. And the food portion was very generous and extremely tasty.

The catfish smelled expired. The fry on everything else is depressingly mushy and undercooked. The fries were also mush and flavorless. The coleslaw smelled rancid so I’m assuming it’s old. The fried Mac had to be at least 2 days old. It wasn’t edible and I was super hungry! Very disappointing!! Ordered 4/27/21

Went there on a Saturday night, super busy with only 3 staff members. Great service and price, really friendly and the food is some of the best that I have had at a very reasonable price.

Crab Hut in Lithia Springs can improve by having better customer service and not undermining the customer when they are being told that something is not pleasing or correct with the food.
