The server could have had someone with him to train him...I can tell he had never waited on tables...he kept forgetting everything 💯🤣

Excellent!
Very impressed with the level of customer service from the Host, serves and managers. I had a a large party (31 to be exact, half of which were children ) and I can honestly say this location tops every Cracker Barrel in GA.
The friendliest, quickest of this restaurant is unmatched.
Looking forward to making this our yearly team breakfast location before heading to 6 flags!
Our server Chelsea was very pleasant and helpful. She was always checking back with us while we were there. I had grandma's sampler with the French toast, and it was very good. I had never had the hashbrown casserole, and she said it was good, so I tried it, and now I'm hooked on the hashbrowns. It was busy, but we walked in and sat right down. The service was quick, and the place was rockin. All the food was delicious, that is why we love this location.
Parking: They need to shorten the amount of Carryout parking places and put in more handicapped spots there, they just don't have enough for as busy as this location is all the time.

I ordered a fish meal but when I arrived was informed they had no fish and I had to substitute something else. They could have sent me a text when they realized it so that I could have time to select a substitute.

Thanksgiving Dinner was good. Didn't have to wait but 15 minutes. Wish it was pecan pie tho not to fun of Pumpkin pie. Dressing could have been not so thick but.with extra grave it was justvright.

This was the worst EVER! This was supposed to be a great Thanksgiving and I told them that when I called the day before i came. They told me "YES, call at 10:45AM and you will be able to order ANYTHING you want, yes, the fried turkey will be available to order then"! Then when I called and tried to order on that day they said "NO, you have to come here and order here at the counter and wait but you can get your fried turkey and veggies if you do that". Then I go there and they said "No fried turkey" and "no" to every veggie I named they said "they weren't serving or were out". Thanks for ruining the day and for all your LIES!

We did the Thanksgiving Heat & Serve this year for our family. It was wonderful. Everything came packed in a nice box and we were able to pick it up on time and there was no wait. Everyone was friendly. It was a great experience and the food was delicious!

Every time I go here to place a to go order I wait 20 to 30 minutes and when went today the manager would let me place an order saying it’s thanksgiving only online order. This place should appreciate customers business more and step their customer service up

Food was really good. Our waitress was excellent. The atmosphere in the restaurant was very bland for this time of year. I expected the fireplace to be on, decorations, etc.
Gave it a 4 star because we had a really long wait to be waited on and it wasn't packed.... just looked dumpy inside. The store was beautiful but restaurant looked very tired.
