Cracker Barrel is one of our favorite places to stop for breakfast. Very consistent, great service.

Food is bland. Customer service was like the food. It's not for me. Maybe there are better servers or we all have our off days so I get that. The food for me is not seasoned to MY liking, though I know plenty people love it. It's just not for me. I encourage others to try it through

They were behind for some reason this day. The server has great communication, which goes a long way when busy. The food has been better, but it was still good.

Food quality at Cracker barrel has gone down dramatically. Smaller portions. Can you imagine running out of breakfast items? Yes they did.

Waited over two hours to receive our food and we didn’t even get all the food we ordered. Waitress told us our “tickets were lost” and the Manager didn’t even explain what happened and said “you don’t have to pay anything” as if that fixed the terrible customer service. We insisted to pay but, the manager refused. Two other families were going through the same situation. We will never go to this place again.

Bad service: If your online website is down why would you ask me to come up to the restaurant to place my order? why wouldn’t you just provide great customer service and take my order over the phone

I had a great experience as always. The food is good and the management makes certain that you are ok!

It took 15 minutes before someone came to take my order after I was seated, got water no straw and no silverware after order was taken. Other servers seen I had been waiting a long time and brought coffee no spoon and biscuits still no silverware. The person that took the order never did check on me. Only to pass by several times. When the food finally came I couldn’t really enjoy it because I was so upset. So I had a few bites and the server asked do I want containers of I was ready to go to Waffle House before the food came but I stayed. Thanks So Much For Not Making My Day. I will not return.

Excellent!

Very impressed with the level of customer service from the Host, serves and managers. I had a a large party (31 to be exact, half of which were children ) and I can honestly say this location tops every Cracker Barrel in GA.
The friendliest, quickest of this restaurant is unmatched.
Looking forward to making this our yearly team breakfast location before heading to 6 flags!

Our server Chelsea was very pleasant and helpful. She was always checking back with us while we were there. I had grandma's sampler with the French toast, and it was very good. I had never had the hashbrown casserole, and she said it was good, so I tried it, and now I'm hooked on the hashbrowns. It was busy, but we walked in and sat right down. The service was quick, and the place was rockin. All the food was delicious, that is why we love this location.

Parking: They need to shorten the amount of Carryout parking places and put in more handicapped spots there, they just don't have enough for as busy as this location is all the time.
