Ordered a Buffalo pizza but had to return it because they didn’t put Buffalo sauce on it. Pizza was trash. I would not recommend.

The management use to be terrible and the pizza was mediocre. The staff is new and improved and the customer service is top notch!! The food is delicious!2 thumbs up!

This store is absolutely horrible. Placed an order online, a pop up came up saying they couldn't verify my card but the money ot taken off my card. When I called they confirmed that the order did not go through but a purchase was made. I am still waiting for a refund, and I don't even know if they refund it as there was no order number but they claim they could see the purchase made....will be calling the general manager and their customer support team because this is absolutely ridiculous. I won't be ordering from that store anymore.

They are the best!!!!! I had a coupon for a free pizza but it would not let me combine the order with any regular deals and then when I tried to make a second order it had a minimum order that would have required us to add 3 more items. She said no problem, just add some items to meet the minimum and then they would void it from their end. GREAT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Great team, and very welcoming, thanks night crew!! Definitely like this location more than any other dominos location every thing was fresh and timing was perfect!

Absolutely terrible customer service just occurred.I called and ordered 3 pizzas and boneless wings with bbq sauce. Upon entering to pick up, I received the specialty chicken tots. I politely declined and said that’s not what I ordered. The Guy at the counter said “Oh well, that’s what the paper says and he doesn’t care. He put the wings back on my box of pizza and got an attitude with me. Told me they don’t have boneless wings and I had to pay for it anyway. When I stated that I called the order in and the representative entered it incorrectly… he responded with Those are ppl just sitting at home on a computer and he didn’t have anything to do with that, so oh well.Finally the second person walks up to the counter and is confused at why I’m upset with how I was just treated!I tried calling corporate and but Fairborn picked up and hungup on me several times. Trash!

We ordered our pizza at 10:30 PM. They do not close until 12 PM. My boyfriend had to drive over there around 11:20 because the tracker was not moving at all and when he got there they were already closed didn’t even bother to cancel my order or call me or anything this place is terrible. I will never go back there. They seem to have no care at all for the bad service that they were providing. And only canceled and refunded my money after he arrived there and complained.
