The manager reached out asking for photos and then never followed up; after messaging her again, I was received a sorry we can't do anything about it. 3) Can't have caffeine because of heart problems. I got caffeine free tea but ended up with caffenated; they took back the drink and returned to the drive thru window and handed the same drink back with 3 of the 4 tags ripped off... when complaining about that, they said it never happened. "I checked the cameras and didn't see anything"- same manager ... nice, why kill your customers? lol There's more incidents to come, and I'll add

Customer service was very terrible. I walked in and the first thing lady told me was there were completely out of everything so I gave them a chance in order my normal wrap they proceeded to give me the wrong order.
I do not recommend this specific Dunkin’ Donuts as I will go to the normal one that I typically go to
I can honestly see why people go to Starbucks as I am one to pay top dollar for top-notch customer service

Adult supervision is desperately needed for the teenagers and young adults that work here! Every time I visit this location it takes forever to get acknowledged, even after direct eye contact with employees when I walk in the door. Half of the crew is in the back huddled up on their phones, and the other half just ignore you in the front. The girl that gave me the donuts I ordered could not even close the box. She was so unconcered.

The food waa fresh and ready in 30 seconds. I was full to my summer roadtrip very outstanding.The coffe here is absoulety ly delicous theyvalways make it how i like it. The workers were ready to work they did an outstanding job of my food i ordered a coffee 4 cream 4 sugar. I also ordered an avocado toast it was very delicous 10/10 must try again.

If you’re ever trying to get a regular coffee, this is NOT the Dunkin to go too. Unfortunately this is the location closest to me, so at times I have no choice but to go here, but 9/10 the coffee here will be DISGUSTING. I’m not sure what they do wrong here. Maybe they’re not adding the right amount of my requested cream and sugar, but my same regular coffee order I do at every Dunkin I go to, ALWAYS has a terrible taste HERE. It never fails. And I always have to end up putting my own sugar in here.
