Ever since this location was remodel it has gone down hill. I don't know if they have changed management or not but twice I have been their and they have got my order wrong both times.

Cashier looked at me making feel bewildered, like what was that look saying. She asked it I wanted my receipt, I said no she gave it to me anyway donuts didn’t taste as I recall. The other thing that makes me do this is both our coffees tasted more like sweet milk rather than coffee. Very disappointed, $9.80 went to waste!!!!

I ordered the Frozen Hot Chocolate, and it was pretty good—sweet, rich, and satisfying. That said, about halfway through, I decided to dump the rest because it was just way too many calories for me to justify finishing it.
Tasty treat, but definitely a once-in-a-while kind of thing.

Wish I could leave zero stars. This is the worst experience of a lifetime. My order was wrong and they had an attitude about fixing it. They remade it I could taste the grill. The remade coffee had so much Vanilla it was purposely done. I have pictures of the thick syrup and incorrect food. I would like a full refunds I need the owner of this establishment.

I visited this location roughly a week ago with my family traveling, and I have nothing but positive things to say! For starters, we were served by a phenomenal young man named Dawson, he helped me and my family pick out exactly what he thought we’d like from drinks, donuts, and food, he was very quick, patient, and all around was one of the best fast food workers I’ve ever encountered! The inside of the store was clean, had a good vibe to it, and felt very inviting. If we’re ever in this area again, we will be returning!

It’s close so we decided to visit this location for a quick energy drink pickup. The guys in there were rude and didn’t stir the drinks. Their attitudes were terrible so I didn’t want to bother with going in. Not the first time I’ve had this experience. Worst Dunkin I’ve been to by far and next time I’ll make the drive to one further out. You should too.

I ordered 1 chocolate donut and 5 glaze donuts they give me 1 glaze donut and 5 chocolate covered glaze donuts and then when I called them don't answer the phone. Never have this problem with Krispy Kreme.
