If I could give no stars I would. They shoved all my food in one bag and it it was all smashed. They forgot something I ordered and I tried calling several times and they would answer for a few seconds and than hang up on me. And this isn't the first time it happened.

Not impressed. Don't go to Dunkin often but I like to splurge on coffee once in a while. This is the 3rd time in a row the coffee is water down. It's almost 4 dollars for a hot coffee and it tastes like water. I'd rather go to Racetrack across the street then to have that watered down coffee they serve at Dunkin. You have lost my business.

I have to give a SUPER Shout Out to Devon! THANK YOU for an amazing Customer service experience!On my way back to the office, I stopped by this Dunkin location to get my afternoon pick-me-up. The location sits in a great location as it is easy on and easy back onto the main road. As I walked in, I was met with the fragrance of fresh brewing Original Blend. Can you tell I was excited? LoL!Arriving at the counter, I was met with a "Welcome to Dunkin" and a warm smile. My order was quickly taken with and I headed to the end of the counter to await my coffee. Upon receiving my coffee, it was warm. Warm as in above room temperature but waaaaaay below hot... I asked Devon if it was possible to have my coffee heated up. She immediately apologized for the inconvenience and offered to make me a new cup. A few moments later I was provided a fresh cup of coffee that was Hot and Perfectly made.Devon took what could have been a detractor experience and turned it into a promoter experience. Her customer service and care for my coffee desires is a true representation of service.
On the Sunday morning that we stopped while traveling this location was very busy. They were fully staffed, well trained & incredibly efficient. Everything was fresh, delicious & we received exactly what we ordered. The health score was 100 A. Kudos!!! Next time we’re in the area we will make a point to stop in again. Simply a delightful experience.

Incompetent employees, service is not good... My card was charged twice without receiving food, employees could not or did not do anything to try to rectify the situation. The food is already bare minimum to be dealing with people who lack comprehensive and customer service skills... Do not recommend at all.

This is by far the worst Dunkin I’ve been to. Food is always burnt (not the first time). I also ordered a matcha and it appears they just dumped everything in the cup without mixing. There were chunks of matcha throughout and it tasted horrible. I trashed it! Won’t be going back…I’ve had issues with this place before and the manager was very non-responsive.
