I don’t know what it is about this location. Either they can’t read or just don’t care but they always add lettuce, onion and tomatoes on my NY Steamer when I don’t order it.And it’s unacceptable for me to pay $20 for a sandwich and get home and it be wrong.Guess I finally learned my lesson and I’ll be going with another location.

Went here yesterday, I could’ve sworn I told the cashier size small sandwich, unfortunately I was rung up and charged for a medium(wasn’t that hungry to eat a medium but oh well since I paid) they complete my order, missing Ingredients from my sandwich. Not just on my sandwich, but everything my girl didn’t want on her sandwich, was on her sandwich. So i just want to know, after the order is placed do you all NOT read the receipts with special request or what? Or you just make the sandwich how you want? Nobody was in the restaurant don’t understand how that could’ve been hard, messing up two sandwiches with no other customers.

This was my first time visiting this location but I love Fire house. Hands down this was the best one I’ve been to so far. My food was delicious the ingredients tasted so fresh and the sandwich had so much flavor. I got an engineer it was off the chain! Parking is easily accessible and wheel chair friendly it’s right off the street and easy to spot. I ate there the store definitely could’ve been cleaner but that’s my only complaint.

I received an email for the 50% off after 6pm special , we drove out the way only for the location to not be taking online orders. So now ask if they would honor the offer and was basically ignored. Then waited over 25 minutes for two subs .

Upon ordering a med sandwich on my lunch break I was the only one in line at the time. I took my whole 30 min break waiting for a sandwich that was behind the counter not knowing until after the fact. I watched customers order after me but receive their food before me in a timely manner. I got really annoyed hearing conversations about who had crushes on whoever while waiting. I felt that was very inappropriate while customers in the store like that and when I asked for my order after waiting 30 minutes NOBODY apologized that I was inconvenienced. The app wasn’t working at the time giving me errors trying to order so I went in the store to order instead. I probably want come to this location going forward but if I do I know to ask multiple times if my order is ready.

Waited over 30 minutes for one sandwich to be made. The employees were arguing over the workload as they were making the food. Three people were making sandwiches and the cashier was just walking around. Not a team environment and unprofessional to be bickering in front of customers. Will not be back.
