Came here two days in a row while on vacation. Kourtez treated us with so much genuine kindness, love, and professionalism. He made it fun coming here with his positive upbeat attitude and energy. I appreciate how organized he had his team and how well the communication was amongst them, ensuring accuracy for every order. He even brought my food to me in the dining room. This is customer service at its finest! Way to go Kourtez and team!

Service is nonexistent. Cashier has a terrible attitude along with the manager. They are doing the usual scam of asking everyone to pull up after ordering. They asked me to pull into a handicapped parking space. After getting my order incorrect, they acted like I was unreasonable for wanting it remade correctly. The cashier literally snatched the burger from my hands. People do not need to work in a service industry if they hate their job and can’t do it right.

I have absolutely NOTHING bad to say about this location… It was my son and I first time ever eating Hardees we’ve never tried this restaurant before and he’s 17 yrs old, b/c we rarely eat fast food. But anyways, we tried the new sandwich. It was made incorrectly at first and they fixed it with no hesitation with a smile and was very courteous. The entire staff was very kind, every one was so cool… I just wish I had remembered their names but this experience happened today (Thurs. ) at about 4 pm 10 outta 10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND
