Great service, food was cooked well, and it was quick efficient . I walked in and spoke to the General Manager Walter and his staffed is trained really really well. They got my order correctly hot and fresh ! Also the lobby smelled like fresh biscuits and the coffee was Hot !

Was coming around by the drive through and the through traffic drive was blocked by a box truck and I couldn’t get through so I went back around and parked. I thought they had broke down so I went over to help and the driver told me “you honky you better get away or I’ll shoot you.” I went in and 70% of them started yelling at me. They told me the straight truck couldn’t go through the drive thru, so instead of them recommending the driver to go park and come in to order, they let him park, blocking the drive by.
I have been coming to this Hardee’s for well over 15 years and this is the some of the caliber of staff that threaten me to call the Police if I didn’t leave. The manager on duty told them to be quiet, and asked me what I wanted to order but I didn’t know what to expect In my food so I left.

Came here two days in a row while on vacation. Kourtez treated us with so much genuine kindness, love, and professionalism. He made it fun coming here with his positive upbeat attitude and energy. I appreciate how organized he had his team and how well the communication was amongst them, ensuring accuracy for every order. He even brought my food to me in the dining room. This is customer service at its finest! Way to go Kourtez and team!

Service is nonexistent. Cashier has a terrible attitude along with the manager. They are doing the usual scam of asking everyone to pull up after ordering. They asked me to pull into a handicapped parking space. After getting my order incorrect, they acted like I was unreasonable for wanting it remade correctly. The cashier literally snatched the burger from my hands. People do not need to work in a service industry if they hate their job and can’t do it right.
