First off they failed their last inspection 63. The young lady with auburn braids it's rude and lacks customer service. I walked in and she just stared no hello or anything. I only saw her make a drink and play on her phone and ear buds, while the other lady (assuming manager or lead) did everything. I waited about 10 mins for a order placed 20-30 mins before hand. AND ITS NO CUSTOMERS SO WHAT ARE THEY DOING???

I ordered a Frisco chicken sandwich with candied bacon. I get home, and it's a regular Frisco Angus burger, with soggy ass bacon. This location needs staff that pays attention to what the hell they're doing...

I'm not sure if all Hardee's are slow but it's unacceptable to be waiting in the drive-thru for more than 5 minutes to make and get an order when no one is in the restaurant. The only positive is the food is fresh but I need this location and the location in Mableton, GA to do better with service and ask if you want certain sizes on the combos and not assume you want a large. It's very dishonest.
When you walk in they literally dont acknowledge you... Such a shame! Ill give 2 stars only because the food is typically fresh...

One of the best breakfast for a fast food restaurant. I usually get the Breakfast Platter which includes eggs, hashbrowns, biscuit, bowl of sausage gravy, and choice of meat (Bacon, Sausage, or Ham). Even though it's not on the menu, you can request chicken as the meat which is my new favorite. This Chicken Breakfast Platter with Coffee was less than $8.
This place did not look clean. The customer service was horrible. They have a sign up saying they have blueberry biscuits but she said they don’t have them. They had no jelly and the food was just thrown together. Will not be coming back here or recommending this place.
The cashier at the drive thru didn't want to give me five condiments for my four sandwiches and didn't. One more wouldn't break the company. When I got home one of my biscuits was doughy in the middle (raw), so I actually only had three sandwiches !! I guess I'll have to phase Hardee's out and cook at home.

Fries were perfect hot and salty hamburger under cooked for me and my friend and chicken wrap was so saturated with ranch it dropped off and was not good hope this was a one time Incident but probably not

The wait for a kids meal and #3 combo was 30+ minutes! One car was in front of me and they had them sitting at the window for an extended period of time when I pulled up. There was no late night rush just us until a third car pulled up and they then proceeded to give the first car their order. I was forced to sit until the cashier noticed I was taking a picture of the QR code to review them. The food was room temperature further confirming the timing system that was being used to give paying customers their food. Lastly I had a cranky 2 yr old waiting with me, her juice box didn’t come with a straw so for 10 minutes until I could pull over and go to a whole different restaurant for a kids straw!
I went thru drive thru burgers were good. fries tasted recooked. Service was blah
