just incompetent. when someone orders a CHEESEBURGER with "ketchup and mustard" only, that typically means they still want the cheese on it, just not the other stuff. fries were also cold and taste like theyre 2 days old. is it really that hard?

On this morning (after working over night), I stopped here for breakfast. It's usually a couple of times per month. I will travel many miles to find a HARDEE'S. Lucky for me, there are 2 within five miles of my house. The food is always GREAT ! Today was a swing and a miss. I ordered a breakfast platter with chicken, eggs , hash rounds and an extra biscuit. The chicken was thin and the batter had to be low, because it was a salt bomb. The eggs were so thin and over cooked that they were like brown paper ! I asked for jelly and was told that it would be there on Friday [it was Sunday], and by the looks of souffle cups of ketchup, it was coming Friday too ! I didn't go back or call back because I was tired and went to sleep. I've worked in restaurants for over thirty years, so I know what kitchen magic happens at HARDEE'S. (I DID SIX YEARS THERE.) The apple pies were like little card board pockets. You hurt me HARDEE'S, you hurt me badly.

I love the customer service..First time visiting hardee ‘s in a while an the food was excellent… My server name was Brenda and she did an excellent job she deserves a raise.. I’ll be eating here more
Slowest fast food place on Thornton Road. Took me 27 mins just to get 1 burger and a fry. ( I was also the only customer there) so they wasn’t even busy. Food tasted old like it had been re heated in a microwave. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!
