No complaints about the food, it was very good. However the service was lacking. I think the kitchen lost our order. After sitting for 30+ minutes after ordering and seeing people who ordered after us receive their food, we inquired of one of the staff about it, only to be told the kitchen said it would be âa whileâ. Really! Now our waitress did deliver our food shortly but that still doesnât excuse the fact she should have checked on us within that 30 minute time frame. We shouldnât have to flag down a random staff member. Like I said the food was good but service needs improvement.

I put an order in for a chicken omelet. Te, they gave me a beef omelet instead of chicken. When I went to get a refund, they did not give me a refund for my meal on top of that. They let a service dog that was shedding inside of the place of business where people were eating at. I would have completely refused to pay. For that kind of service, I would not recommend eating at this IHOP at all.There are kids running it and it is very unprofessional
CLEANLINESS!!!!!! This place has ants crawling on the tables while Iâm trying to eat. The host that sat us down, notice food on the floor at our table and didnât evening bother to sweep it up. I had to sweep up the food myself, so my wife wouldnât step in it. This location definitely needs a deep cleansing, of the facility and of staff members. Our waitress Modisty was great. Great spirit, great attitude and very attentive.

Server Bluu was phenomenal but the service from the kitchen was subpar. We waited an hour for food and it was wrong. I had to send my meal back and didnât eat. The server and manager tried to make things right but my entire family had nearly eaten all their food and I was just ready to go.

My French Toast was only slightly better than acceptable. I guess maybe I was expecting something closer to "extraordinary" based on my last experience at IHOP. Guess we'll have to drive all the way across town to go to the good IHOP. When we were ready to leave, we waited entirely too long for the waitress to bring us the check and also inordinately too long for her to return with my sister's debit card.
