This place needs to shut down already!!! The service during the day and especially during the night such as the shift on this evening totally and absolutely SUCKS!! They pay no attention to detail because everyone during the Night Shift appears to be high as hell! How in the hell am I supposed to enjoy pancakes with no chocolate milk and still say the person that prepared my order had no clue my order had a chocolate milk in it!! Simony because he paid no attention to his job. I called to make sure I got my whip cream on the side and they still couldn’t get my order right.

Don’t ever go to this location. Jesse is so rude and racist and if managers allow her to treat guests this way , theres no way I’m ever stepping foot back in this place. She’s very disrespectful. I told Mike the manager and he did not care. It’s really disgusting how I witnessed her treat her coworker. IHOP should be ashamed !

Do not go to this IHOP or order from the white girl named Jesse with short hair because she will rob your credit card. I got a transaction on my card two days later for ten dollars that I didn’t authorize. This is theft and credit card fraud and I feel that IHOP should reimburse me my money. This experience is enough for me to avoid eating here ever again.

This place honestly deserves a 0. I ordered a MOBILE order that was supposed to be done by 12:57am. When I checked the website to see the status or my order, it said it "couldn't offer any details which indicated that the order was either ready or already picked up". So when I got to the restaurant I was very surprised that it was still not ready but I didn't mind waiting a few more minutes... However that turned into a solid hour. Two different waitresses came and confirmed my name so they could check on the order, but it wasn't until the third waitress that asked for my name, that I was notified my order hadn't even been started yet.. I was told this at 1:34am. They didn't come out with my food until 1:52 and the fries were soggy and the chicken for my sandwich was undercooked.Do not take the reviews about this place lightly, it absolutely sucks!

Came in a little after 12am on a Sunday morning. We were told by a young waiter that the wait would be 10 minutes. Someone came out of the kitchen to tell him to stop telling people it will be a 10 minute wait, it will be longer than that. So some lady came out and told us it would be a 30-minute wait. She finally told us to sit anywhere, but she doesn't know how long it will take for the waiter to get to us. Long story short, it was 4 people in the kitchen, not to mention a young lady on the floor, but they wouldn't come out to help this young man who was taking care of everyone. I think his name was Marquise.Marquise did a wonderful job while others watched him work.

This is a long one... I apologize.I stopped here late night because it's in my community. I really wanted pancakes. I went inside. I wanted the 2×2×2 (pancakes, eggs, breakfast meat). I wanted an extra pancakes, but it was $4, so I declined that and asked for extra bacon. I paid $19.62 including a tip. The manager brought the order outside because I was in my car. I went back in because she charged me for the extra pancake anyway and not the bacon. When I brought it to her attention, it was my fault as opposed to hers and she made no apologies. She told me everything I said about pancakes, but didn't hear about the bacon. She didn't listen, made it out to be my fault, and didn't offer to make it right or anything. Since she offered no apologies or tried to make it right, I got a refund. As I walked out, she snatched the bag from the counter and threw the food on the floor behind the counter ! Then she proceeded to sit out front and take a smoke break with two other employees and talked about me like I wasn't in my car, windows down ten feet from them. (Sh was heading out to smoke when I brought the food back.) As a manager and customer service representative, I never would've treated a guest as if they didn't matter. She acted as if I come there all of the time trying to get something free. Well Jessica U, I come there once a year because of mes like this. Maybe you will get the sale next year.Parking: There's plenty of parking.Kid-friendliness: They have a kid's menu.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible parking is up front, many spaces available.
