I was very happy with the service and the attention to detail with this jersey mikes location. The staff was pleasant and the store was spotless. They seemed to have it all together. I will have to swing by on my next road trip through Atlanta.

I eat here for lunch at at least once a week. Manager is always upbeat, always helping at every station, and still finds time to keep the atmosphere fun and make sure every customer is acknowledged.
And she also makes a fire #64.

Seirra, Ms.Kim & the other young lady working on 9/17/24 that night were truly god sent Angels! This was my first time being to this location. They were patient, kind, made my whole family laugh & thoroughly explained the menu! I love the location & will be back. They deserve a raise ❤️ we will be back.

I arrived at 8pm. Started out fine until one of the associates decided to keep their gloves on while they run the register. After doing so the associate started finishing up the next sandwich with the same gloves until the customer before me asked if she was going to change her gloves. I requested a sandwich that comes with bacon and they didn't let me know that all they had left was broken up small pieces of bacon when I ordered. They started putting the crumbled pieces of bacon on the sandwich stating I get what they have left.

District trainer Kim is a great asset to this company. I visited today for lunch and she was doing an incredible job training and keeping her team motivated. It was refreshing to see a manager at a restaurant show that much buy in for her team. Keep leading and teaching, Kim! Of course my sandwich was also delicious.

Ordered 2 hot subs and they made them completely opposite of what I ordered and PAID for, didn’t realize until I got home and of course it was closed when I called back. Well they never reached back out to me to even offer an apology. I’ll never shop with this location again…. STAY

I went into the restaurant and noticed they were making what looks to be a large order. I stood there for 15 min and no one even spoke or said anything to me. No one said hold on a min or I'll be right with you or anything. Never had such bad no service from a Jersey Mikes ever. At other locations the at least greet you if they are busy. Wont come back here.
