Great food and great atmosphere. Ty changed our entire experience by being kind, engaging, and positive. He didn’t even know we were having a sour experience! I am thankful for the conversation. Will be back again!

Quite and relaxing place to eat a relatively healthy lunch.
Need to change your hours if you are gonna be closed before 9 and waste peoples time driving there.
Went against my better judgment and went to this location because it was the closest at the moment. I will be sure to stick with Atlanta Rd from now on. Terrible attitudes, mumbling under the breath, no customer service skills, and on top of that...the meat was invisible. Never again!! And the employee was LeAndrez. Training is needed.

Tye & Tye at the Jersey Mike’s on Thornton Rd were AMAZING!
They were incredibly friendly, patient, and followed directions perfectly when taking my friend’s and my food order today. The service was top-tier, and the food was just as good. I’d definitely recommend this location for anyone looking for great service and a delicious meal!

Very friendly staff. Food wasn't good. Ordered a regular tuna sandwich the way it comes. There was maybe a tablespoon of tuna on the entire sandwhich and so much oil my bread was soggy within 5 minutes of receiving to eat it. Would rather go to firehouse subs next door if this is the way they serve it regularyly

Crazy slow. I always order online for in-store pickup and they’re consistently 30 mins or more past the pickup time given by my confirmation email.

Today was a day where I walked in being the first one in line and having to wait more than 6 min before someone took my order! The young lady was helping someone in the eating area with issues on her phone and this allowed the little me to be backed up and the other workers to scramble once they noticed that there was a line. The service then became rushed and my 2 sandwich orders were SLOPPY! The young lady was pleasant, but it could have been avoided if she would have told the customer to allow her to serve others and she'll assist her later; or she could have let the other workers know a line was forming. This was a day of BAD commitment and customer service.

11 minutes before a sandwich maker asked me what I was ordering. 8 more minutes before I was asked how I wanted my cold sandwich dressed. Only 2 employees during a busy lunch time. All I could think of was, where is the Manager? Where is the Owner? How could they let this happen? Obviously they were short workers. Not satisfied.
