Ordered a #1 Pepe from the Jimmy John’s on Thornton Road, I literally told them that I want extra everything extra lettuce, extra tomato, extra mayo, extra pickles, extra onions. I think I even upgraded it to a country club or whatever that one is and honestly, it was super disappointing. The bread was dry, not enough mayonnaise …barely any meat, Sad but true and the whole thing just felt slapped together with no effort. There were two young ladies one had stopped cleaning the dining room to come and make my sandwich. I don’t even remember if she washed her hands that’s my fault.
At the end of the day, my number one favorite sandwich from this particular location was not the same from what I remember in the past and other locations from California to Georgia it just it just wasn’t right it Tasted bland and like it had been sitting out. Definitely not what I expect from Jimmy John’s. Won’t be going back to this location.

Greetings! I stop there on last week and when I entered the restaurant everything looked fine but when I entered the ladies room, OMG is so hot that it made me sick, I even burned my fingers on the door knob trying to open the door to get out of the restroom. Bad experience there

I'm a rewards member and love Jimmy John's, but I was highly disappointed with my sandwiches... SMH I bought 2 sandwiches my usual beach club with add ons onions pickles oregano & basil plus extra extra vinegar & oil as well cut in half, sandwiches was made wrong then I also ordered the new hot roast beef to experience for the first time and was highly disappointed, there were no crispy onions nor horseradish and I asked for it to be cut in half and nope once again. I only ordered to try it for the ingredients that come with the sandwich a waste of my money even after leaving a cash tip. I won't come back to this location. The saddest part about it there were no other customers so I don't understand why my order was not accurate.

Had a group order for my office, and Jimmy John's accidentally forgot a sub. No big deal — I called them up and they fixed it right away. I even messed up and gave them the wrong sub, and they still made it right without any hassle. Great customer service! We’ll definitely be ordering from here again. My second time there. I order two meals and after a long 30 min drive and added tip. I asked and was told both meals were in bags and coke was flat when I got home. As usually I got a sorry. I wasn’t able to enjoy my meal !

I’m a DoorDash driver and had a disappointing experience at this location during a lunch pickup (between 1–2 PM). Upon entering, a young Black woman with glasses and dreads kindly greeted me and asked if I needed help. I let her know I was there for a DoorDash order, but the item requested was unavailable due to the store being out of multiple types of bread. I contacted the customer to confirm if an alternate bread (wheat) option was okay. The customer confirmed.
When I informed the team that the customer approved the change, I was ignored by another staff member (an Asian woman), and a younger Black male employee seemed more focused on joking around with the other employees than helping. I counted 5 people behind the counter. Despite waiting for at least 15 minutes, no one began preparing the order. Other customers came and went, including drive-thru service, but I remained unassisted.
After about 20-23 minutes with no progress, I had to unassign the order and leave. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and urgency from the staff made this a poor experience overall.

I ordered online and they called to tell me they had no drivers and that they had to send it by uber and that I owed $3.18 more because of that. The girl was rude and nasty. NEVER order from them again. and I'm still waiting on my refund after telling them to cancel my order!!!

I love Jimmy John sandwich 🥪 the bread so good. I had a Turkey Club sandwich twice last week. I had one in Savannah, GA, and Lithia GA. Both buildings are very clean and staff very friendly.

I called up here earlier to ask about a job. “Jasmine or justice” who’s not a manager didn’t want me to talk to the manager. She asked me why. I told her to ask about the hiring. She rudely tells me don’t call or come up here because there’s no manager in the store. She said don’t call back because she thinks there good on people. So my thing is where’s the manager. Why is the manager picking the phone up and having a crew member talk to me. I applied and was told to call up there but that was very unprofessional.
I place my orders directly with Marcos or Amari who do a wonderful job. Amari is definitely God sent...his attention to detail, customer service and love for the job is unmatched. Rare to find ppl with drive. Keep up the amazing work.
