This store must be under new ownership or management. A year ago we ordered from here and it was terrible. This week we have ordered twice because the team went above and beyond to help us out. The food was great and fresh.

So this 5 star review was almost a one star. I came here at 3:45pm. The door was locked and the lights were off. As I looked for other sandwich shops on my way home, someone came in and opened up. Which I was so glad, I've been craving this all day, and haven't eaten. Dude was super apologetic and explained it was slow, they were short staffed and needed to make a delivery down the street. Totally understand, my suggestion, leave the lights on and tape a note on the door. Overall, very pleased with the customer service and the sub was awesome!BTW, the 16inch gargantuan is great for 2 meals or if you're just really really hungry...

After living here 9 years jimmy johns were the closest flavor we got to subs up north from our hometown w/fresh bread, veggies and meats. Today we were extremely disappointed. My husband and I come here all the time at least once a week. We came today a purchased two subs, a giant roast beef and a giant Italian. These were the most saltiest subs we’ve ever had. So much so I had to leave this review. I left 2 stars because of the money we had to pay for these subs to go to waste. They ended up in the trash. So for dinner we just had the chips & sofa? I’m hoping at least management/owner will see this and offer to remake them or a refund because, we really enjoy the sandwiches. When you get use to food you enjoy and the taste changes is very frustrating.

Joshua gave top us tier service! We got the giant turkey Tom w/ jimmy mustard. Sandwich was delicious! It’s hard to find good service at fast food restaurants today. Joshua was patient w/ when we couldn’t make up our mind and when we wanted to make changes. He made our Jimmy Johns experience one to return for!!!
