We were here for a family experience . It was 9 to our party but the 3 more came later . Once we first got there my family stated the sever was slow but I wanted to expedite myself but after sitting for 16 mins we hadn’t gotten the menus so I had to go to a server to ask for a server to our table and after 10 mins after that she finally came to the table to get our drink and food order took a while for the drinks to come out .. could have been better drinks but they tasted delicious! My moms food was fresh and hot they didn’t forget one thing for the food but then afterwards we were ready to go the server took my money and then stuffed the tip and her pocket when I never gave it to her I had to tell her to bring me my change .. I was still able to tip her

Parking: Gas station next to it, and limited parking due to businesses beside it.
Kid-friendliness: It is more like a bar, pub atmosphere so not really for kids. Does have a kids menu, though.

Our server was kind and the food came out hot and timely! Also Mike's Food was served on a hot plate instead of a normal dish! Food was great and plentiful, also this is an authentic Mexican restaurant. No shade to those american Mexican restaurants. (The ones where ya get a hotdog taco)🤪 Sometimes it's good to make food unique! As far as changing this up a bit; hot plates should never change!

I ordered a beef Chimichanga but was served chicken instead. The server quickly replaced it with the correct order. This only took literally one minute, which I'm not sure is a good thing. Neither the Chimichanga nor the refried beans tasted at all fresh. Really, it was like they'd been prepared days in advance. Barely seasoned and no onions. The basics just went missing! There's no reason for the rice to be so bland, either. A little tomato puree and garlic will go a long way!
There are a lot of positive reviews here, though. Please explore and find out what good Mexican food is. I'm not from here, but I'm guessing it's got to be around here somewhere.
I wasn't expecting anything special other than decent Mexican food. For the price, this wasn't it.

Careful on floors, I almost slipped going around a table having to grab a chair, it had been raining.. but floors were a bit greasy throughout.

To start with, the water in this restaurant tasted like stagnant water or maybe they didn't clean the machine where they make the water properly because it really tasted horrible. The waitress was told that the water tasted bad and that she should change it for another one and they ended up charging me for the water that I didn't drink because it tasted horrible. I ordered some tacos and the cilantro was rotten and stank. Honestly, for my taste, I don't recommend it. 26/11/2024

We walked in and were seated right away. Drink orders were taken and the food order, that's where the good things ended. The drinks arrived and there was something black in one of them and specs of something black in the other one. The drinks were remade but it's hard to enjoy them following the first ones. When the food finally arrived, the plates were warm but the food was cold. The waitress didn't check on us for almost an hour and that was to bring the bill. My wife went outside and I stood waiting at the door for another 10 minutes till she finally acknowledged me and got our check.
Not someplace we will be going back to.

The service was great, the atmosphere was authentic Mexican food restaurant. I have been to a lot of Mexican food places, the food was off here, my friend had the steak and shrimp fajitas during lunch, it didn't come on a hot plate like usual. There was just onions two pieces of green peppers and no red pepper. Didn't eat steak. I had taco salad it was good.
