This McDonalds didn’t show my order and I tried to change it to delivery and they said it was gone cost $10 and they didn’t give me my money back, also they didn’t give me my code. This is the worst customer service I ever had do not shop with this McDonald.its a no for me.

I travel for work and ordered a hot macchiato, coffee, large. I added extra espresso. When I got the coffee, I got what I asked for minus the whipped cream with caramel. It taste bitter without the caramel. I don’t have time to go back and complain. This is probably why I go to Chick-fil-A. Double check your orders!

Huge shoutout to the management & staff at this McDonald’s. Last week they hosted Yung Joc & the Streetz in the Morning Radio Station. This was definitely one of the coolest experiences I’ve had. Being able to see the show live and in action, plus being able to meet Atl legends like Yung Joc and Shawty Shawty was a mind blowing experience, but what blow my mind the most was that even with all the chaos of people coming, going, and of course the few folks lingering around, the staff and crew remained super friendly, under composure, attentive, and kept everything running smoothly. Shout out Mr G. and everyone else. Thanks y’all for making this possible.

While the food was ok but barely warm service was awful! The drive thru line was out to the street. Someone answered the drive thru speaker then vanished. I waited 5 must before someone else got it. The person handing food out gave me 1 drink out of 3 and NO food although I'd ordered 3 meals. And she said bye. I told her I had more coming and she was totally clueless. Turns out my order was right in front of her getting cold. This place was ridiculous!

Rose has a bad attitude an no sense of urgency and unwillingness to help also, there was another African-American female with tracks in her head that was in the drive-through that felt it was more important to eat versus. Make sure that the guest were taken care of in the front and in the drive-through waited over 15 minutes for a mobile order that I put in before even got to McDonald’s just for fish sandwich this behavior and this service is unacceptable and I will be making sure I contact corporate

If I could give a zero I would. Wait time was 45 minutes,No straws or napkins. If you don’t ask they don’t give you your order, and the order wasn’t even delivered to our table when we were supposed to eat there, and to top it all off, the order wasn’t even complete! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!! Worst McDonald’s I’ve been to in my life.
