I order Uber Eats for the McDonald's on Thornton Road and I ordered one Quarters Pounder with cheese and a Big Mac meal. The Big Mac meal was okay however,; the quarter pounder didn't have any cheese on it but it had plenty of ketchup roll out of the buns. Never again.

Just got a Big Mac no pickle and they didn’t mess up the order so I give this place props
Worst service that I have received in the 8 years coming here. Sat in drive-thru for 10+ minutes while the person only took orders from one line. Parked my car and went in to wait 10+ minutes for someone to even notice i was waiting. Once they didn't notice that I was there I yelled out for some assistance and my order was finally taken. 10 minutes later expeditor attempted to give my order to someone else without them showing a receipt. Trash -10 outta 10.. would not recommend

This is not my typical McDonald's I usually go to the one closer to my home, but since I was in the area I went to Thornton rd location, big mistake I ordered hot cakes & sausage with a side of eggs coffee and orange juice. 🤦🏾♀️ easy right simple the cashier rung up the order right it's the ppl in the kitchen got it wrong. I got hot cake & eggs no sausage, I don't need McDonald's kitchen staff watching my pork intake just give me what I paid for🤯😡

Would give NEGITIVE STARS IF POSSIBLE!YALL REALLY NEED TO GET YOUR STUFF TOGETHER! I am a delivery driver and I don't mind waiting in line. But yall could of told me at the SPEAKER that there was a delivery window!!!!! Absolutely HORRIBLE attitudes from every employee!!!! I will NEVER be back here personally or work related!! It took me over 30 minutes to be told to pull to the window! RIDICULOUS!

It's not too bad of an experience. Just wish they wouldn't have taken orders on the same side speaker , they should have gone back and forth. Two different employees asked if we had mobile orders, which said no twice, very loud and clear. They acted like they couldn't hear us.
