Mc. Donald’s on this Day was horrible!!!-Waiting time for dine-in was terrible. People waiting 20plus minutes to received their order.-Orders being Messed up coming back for remake- Customers walking out because of the Long wait. The crazy part is that they have A FULL staff.(Something at this Location has to change).

The staff does not show interest in serving customers, there are many times that I have been waiting a long time to order and when it is finally my turn, some machine must be broken, I would suggest looking for another location so as not to leave frustrated.

Worst customer service ever. They literally had a line of people and refuse to take orders. Outside on the phone. Looking at the cars. And the get on the mic and say they are closed. So unprofessional. They need to close this McDonald’s down. This is ever night when this manager is on staff. It’s crazy. Not to many options on Thornton road.

It is so loud inside! They have a Christian radio station playing in the dining area, through the speakers, and they have an even louder speaker, playing rap and R&B, next to the drive through drink station that's so loud, you can barely hear the Christian music around the corner by the restrooms.I got an iced mocha and it tasted like watered down coffee with no sugar or chocolate syrup in it. Wasted my money, I guess.

Very salty burgers. Drive thru was one car at a time from order to pickup window. Watched the first car order drive around. Told to hold at order board pulled around and the first car was gone.

My fiancé and I frequent this McDonald’s bc of convenience on the way to and from work, they have never given us a fully filled drink, are often out of products, rush us during ordering, and frequently miss items or mess up our order

It always takes 20+ minutes to get through drive thru it seems I'm always missing something in my order an still have to go in to have to wait another 15-20 minutes then u will get every bad look an staff saying stuff out loud just to put in their 2
