Went there today sat by the window to pay for a few minutes while the young lady was getting chewed out by a some dude i assumed is a manager and I can hear this man yelling at her with the window closed and as she went to say something he cuts her off and tell her to take care of the customer

This food is so nasty that store is so ghetto and dirty workers are rude impatient and so not a people’s person. The mangers don’t do nothing but sit around and let employees run the store. I just placed a $80 order for my family nuggets was so dry tasted so stale burgers was not fully cooked pink inside and dry fries was so stale and looked like it’s been sitting for a long time. They forgot 2 of my drinks and got the other 3 wrong. As a first time experience I will never order from this McDonald’s ever again💯 do better.

Came through the drive thru and nicely asked if I could get some fresh fries because they were old and mushy and also had no salt. I didn't mind waiting and could have pulled forward. They took the fries and about 45 seconds later they handed me the same fries that they had thrown back in the grease briefly. I would have even been happy with those because at least they were warm until I realized they dumped a ton of salt on them to punish me for bothering them. They sure showed me. No straw either. I won't go back. I used to work at a McDonald's when I was younger. Can't believe how terrible it's become. It's gotten so expensive that it's even worse to recieve bad food and bad service. 10 bucks for a filet o fish and coke (and fries I clearly wasn't meant to eat)

It is a dirty and old McDonald's attached to a gas station. Staff is lethargic and sloppy. We keep paying more for the food and keep getting a more inferior product. Someone dragged a trash liner in from outside and left a trail of "fluid" through the front counter area and only put up a "CAUTION, WET sign
All the do is talk at the window and not come to it they customer service sucks

What can I say? It's McDonald's. Sadly you learn to not expect good or even great service from there. I gave 3 stars but I would give 3 and a half if I could, because the fries were at least hot even if they forgot to add salt on them.

Dear owners, you are possibly losing out on money because your night shift is refusing to take orders and is loitering outside instead. I put in a mobile order to pick up. Waited at the window. And when I drove up to the window, the cashier walked off.

Forget ordering on the app in advance thinking it will speed up the process. After arriving at least 10+min after ordering, your order will take an additional 10+min. Will they get it right? Who knows? Will they call your name or just the item you ordered? You can bet, anyone who ordered a sausage egg and cheese McGriddle will be stepping forward.
