Double the price and half the quality and smaller portions.
Definitely not the McDonald's I remember.
Seems like they are putting tons of money into remodeling their restaurants but would it not make better sense to return to the quality, portions and price first?
Doesn't make good business sense to me or MAYBE THEY JUST GOT TOO GREEDY AND DON'T CARE.

HORRIBLE CONSTANTLY LEAVES STUFF WRONG ON DOORDASH ORDERS

They sign outside clearly says 24 hours. Online said 24 hours. Why did I go to the drive through and the ignorant girl at the window told me “I can’t take orders until 5am because we are switching from lunch to morning menu”
Which is clearly CRAZY. It’s 3:30am.
The girl then tried to ARGUE with me about why they were closed. I will never be back. Nobody should waste their time coming here, the girls will be LAZY and not want to take your order. Earn your hourly pay, don’t be lazy. She even said “we aren’t open” and I’m looking at a sign that says 24 hour drive through. Waste of time, energy, and gas. The worst.

Very bad experience. The floor and tables were dirty, there was a horrible smell, and the food was terrible. Most concerning is that in the kids’ play area the ceiling is falling down, which is a serious danger for children. This McDonald’s urgently needs maintenance and better cleaning.”

They took extremely long with the food and they look like they are very clueless about what they were doing. They need extensive training to understand to get the orders to their customers on a timely manner and they need knowledge about the kiosks .

The team members that work the drive-thru need to learn how to use the app codes because there is a way that you can earn and redeem. Instead of telling the customer that they are wrong or don't know what you talking about. How rude baby just ask a manager...
