I went to get me a chicken burrito and it was hot and soooo juicy in my mouth uhmmm yummy yummy with a side of chips with some salsa sauce oh boi I had a blast woooo hoooo thanks guys ur the best

This place charged my card a 10.69 tip fee for a 9.99 burrito. Bowl.
They claim i had to have put the tip on there myself. Why would a give a tip more than my food???????
Then the girl that is there does not know how to give a refund. Claiming it's a new system. she claimed it would take 30 min to a hour to try to refund my money. I said I'll wait But it did not take that long . I guess she wasn't expecting me to say I'll wait. She finally gave me my money back after calling someone on the phone. Might need go back to paying with cash. People check your receipt before you leave

Went here for food they forgot my queso I went back and they made me pay for another I got my place and all the chicken burnt they cut this chicken up and severed it burnt black ass chicken 🤬 I’m pissed I won’t be back update manager doesn’t do anything claims there is no store phone also selling items that’s not on the menu take it tf off I paid for it but can’t be accommodated I am calling corporate to report this food too high to be playing

Walked in there and stood there waiting for close to 10 min while no one said hello or even looked at us to acknowledge us at all. 2 people were doing online orders while the girl at the cash register stood there basically doing nothing. A family had just finished checking out when we walked in. They weren’t helping anyone who was in there but 2 people were preparing food. When I said hey, is no one going to take my order, the skinny young man held up a ticket and said online order. The girls said nothing. No apology or any response. My thing is I am a current customer standing and waiting patiently. The least they could do is say I’ll be right with you. One person could do the online orders and one person fix orders for the customers standing in front of them. But to ignore your customers and not offer even a hello is disrespectful. So we left. Big, tall black girl with glasses at the register and 2 Hispanics, 1 girl and 1 skinny boy. Today is Nov 20, 2024.

Mmm why does Moes say they close at 9 pm and they close at 8:03 pm that is bad

They closed the store early and said they were only taking mobile orders when there app was not accepting any payments, worst Moes ever. Everytime I come here it’s a problem with them and the food and service is always low.

I wouldn’t suggest ordering online from them. There’s always something wrong or missing. First, they were missing pico de gallo the next time I went, they were missing pico de gallo and chips. Another time I ordered online, they didn’t make my order because they were missing the steak. No one called to let me know so that they could modify my order, but they did give me a free drink for the inconvenience. This time I place an online order and their system is down, so no one has started on it, then the young man informs me that they are missing a lot of ingredients. It wouldn’t be so bad if there was a way for the app to let you know if they were missing ingredients, but I digress. I give up on this Moe’s. I’ll drive to Hiram or Douglasville.

Did not welcome me or acknowledge me. Never answered the several phone calls sat in booth.on their on their cell phones 9/14/24. So disappointed.

It’s the first time I have ever been to a Moe’s where they were out of chips. I came for chips and queso. I drove 14 minutes. But the people were nice.

Dirty dining room.Restrooms filthy. Women's restroom had no toilet paper. 2 people sleeping in the restaurant. Boxes stacked all over, behind the counter. No ice for drinks. Trash cans were over flowing.
