This papa John’s has amazing food but on some nights not the best service. Employees do not pay attention to order details. HOWEVER, today has changed the way i feel. I got a call from the manager this morning personally apologizing & offering a credit for the order they messed up. Then Zay (the night manager) helped me with my order. He sat on the phone with me for 10 minutes as we tried to figure out why my order wouldn’t go through online. After a few tries, we figured It out. I LOVE pizza & the interactions today made me love this location even more.

Delivered pizza to the wrong house and then didn’t even send me out a new pizza

Let’s start off please do your best and not order food from here and think your going to get your meal , this is the second time I have order food and they reroute it to DoorDash and you don’t get your food . On top of the managers are very unprofessional if you even speaking to the manager . The staff nothing but emotional unintelligent teenagers they don’t know how to talk to people , over the phone or in general period. You ask for a refund they give you an apology coupon in your email as if they will equal out to the service you will get . There is other papa John’s for a reason and their a reason why their score is a 2.9 refrain from eating here if you know what’s best .

Josh the store manager was not helpful with the customer service he provided. I called to inform the store about the unfresh pizza and the frozen soda that was delivered. Hs’s response was (what would you like me to do about it). The whole staff was unprofessional and did not take accountability. I order with Lee road Papa John’s a lot so to be treated as such was very disheartening.

The day I’m really craving pizza they messed my pizza up tremendously it’s thin breaking apart and soupy and the tomatoes taste old. It will be a long time before I eat out in this area again

I only like it bc my best friend daughter works there but they have a cashier that doesn't know how to count back change. I had an order that came to 19.24 I gave her 20.25 and she gave me back 76cents. Fix it Jesus!

Flat out horrible! I placed 2 orders and never received my orders nor did the delivery person answer the phone. This place is a horrible joke.
