Papa Johns Pizza

Josh the store manager was not helpful with the customer service he provided. I called to inform the store about the unfresh pizza and the frozen soda that was delivered. Hs’s response was (what would you like me to do about it). The whole staff was unprofessional and did not take accountability. I order with Lee road Papa John’s a lot so to be treated as such was very disheartening.

The day I’m really craving pizza they messed my pizza up tremendously it’s thin breaking apart and soupy and the tomatoes taste old. It will be a long time before I eat out in this area again

I only like it bc my best friend daughter works there but they have a cashier that doesn't know how to count back change. I had an order that came to 19.24 I gave her 20.25 and she gave me back 76cents. Fix it Jesus!

Flat out horrible! I placed 2 orders and never received my orders nor did the delivery person answer the phone. This place is a horrible joke.

Ordered online got to the store and they said haven’t got the order. So I checked my bank and it had already posted I showed the manager and he said they wasn’t nothing he could do about it he wouldn’t give me my order he had rolled has eyes and had a major attitude so we began to argue after threatening them another guy ask me what was my Order and said he would get it. Waited 30 more minutes just to get some old crummy pizza!!!!!

LOVE the food and staff is 'generally' professional and courteous. Honestly the only issue is that they get crazy busy while at minimum staff so there is some extra waiting from time to time. But hey! Have to wait sometimes for excellence.

I'm guessing hair nets are out of the question. This is the last time we eat here. I can excuse maybe a bag attitude but hair in my food, I won't look past! And I normally just read reviews but this was just gross!

Beware and adhere to. the 2.9 rating. There’s a heavyset white guy at the register that has racial issues and a poor attitude. Unfortunately I didn’t notice til I got home but my order was incorrect as well.

I ordered a no contact delivery and was pleasantly surprised to receive my food within an hour, hot and ready to eat! Thank you for the great and timely customer service! The pizza also looked amazing! Perfection!

Walked in and order pizza and calzone bites @ 7:32pm, was told it would be 15 - 20 minutes. The staff had zero interaction with the lobby full of guests. At 8:20 no one spoke a word in reference to the order or the crowd that gathered. After waiting for 50 minutes I asked for a refund and walked out none of the staff offered any explanation. This was my first and last time visiting this store and I think I'm officially done with them. Worst service ever!!!
