I ordered a no contact delivery and was pleasantly surprised to receive my food within an hour, hot and ready to eat! Thank you for the great and timely customer service! The pizza also looked amazing! Perfection!

Walked in and order pizza and calzone bites @ 7:32pm, was told it would be 15 - 20 minutes. The staff had zero interaction with the lobby full of guests. At 8:20 no one spoke a word in reference to the order or the crowd that gathered. After waiting for 50 minutes I asked for a refund and walked out none of the staff offered any explanation. This was my first and last time visiting this store and I think I'm officially done with them. Worst service ever!!!

Manager was least helpful person taking my money I've ever encountered. I wasn't familiar with their menu, and she wouldn't even reccomend anything. I'm elderly and don't eat this type of food and haven't for years. I do not recommend papa John's for customers for helpful service.

I have ordered from this Papa John’s for quite some time after giving them up a few years ago. Tonight’s horrendous experience with their “door dash” driver is an unfriendly reminder of why I stopped using this chain store a long time ago. After my food was already late by 20 minutes, the driver sent me a text informing me they had one more delivery before me. Now they are in another county and my delivery has been postponed by another 35 minutes. I will not wait over 2 hours for delivery from this place ever again…And it may be more than 2 hours by the time it arrives…If it arrives. I am going to demand a refund and will update as soon as I can. Big thumbs down to this store. Absolutely horrible.

We had contacted their number and asked if they use only cheese or used cream as well, and she wasn’t sure of what the pizza may have, which she then said it was only cheese. We went to the store and asked if they had cheese or cream which they replied only cheese with a annoyed tone. In the end, we got our pizza to then find out it had ranch sauce, nobody ate the pizza.

I ordered wings and a pizza from here. The pizza was super fresh, easily the best non homemade pizza I’ve had all year. The wings were juicy and saucy. I was horrified by the reviews and I actually ordered here on accident, I meant to change my location but I forgot. Im glad I did though, because my food was absolutely delicious. I’m actually thinking about ordering again right now
