I purchased a Extra pepperoni yesterday š and it was extremely dry no tomato sauce and stuff crust had a very small portion of cheese not worth $24.49 plus tip Iām very disappointed

I called up there and even said I didnāt want a refund I just wanted what I ordered. Iād even give you back this āpersonal panā extra small 4 slice of pizza box yāall gave me. This location has always been terrible. After many years in tried it again. It is still terrible. It has to be the owner the people have always been ok. Training is obviously the problem.

I just left this place. Iāve never been I go to the one in Fairburn. Came to this one because it was open. The so called manager had an attitude with us as soon as he started taking the order. We had to tell him 4 times what we wanted. When I called him out in his professionalism he started taking about how he works two jobs and having. Among problems. I told we donāt care about that we just want to eat. He started getting aggressive and acting like he wanted to fight me. He has no idea who he is challenging. That doesnāt matter, my friend had to step in an I went outside. He continued talk about his problems and curse when I came back in. We had to almost fight to get the refund back. This is unprofessional especially coming from a manager. He should be terminated immediately so he can deal with his family problems. We all have problems but you donāt bring that to work.

Just got a family box with 2 orders of boneless 1 buffalo pizza and pepperoni and olives with cheese sticks AT 1:20 PM. 12/424. It was GREAT!!! Portioned perfectly nice and crispy Thank you for the hardwork give them a raise!!!!

I've ordered pizzas without cheese with no issue at all from multiple pizza restaurants. This is the only one that claimed that a pizza got burnt because there was "not enough cheese on the pizza so that's why it looks burnt." I didn't get my money back but that'll be the last penny I spend at this particular Pizza Hut, so let's call it even.
