The service was extremely fast... The cashier was helpful... It was almost closing time and I didn't feel rushed... He was patient and helpful with while I was deciding what I wanted... I can't say enough about the service he provided... I didn't get his name but he was the only one there with red dreds... That man deserves a raise and a promotion...!!!!

If I could rate it zero stars, I would. Came in for a simple meal for four, tenders and two sandwiches, having placed a mobile order. However, when we pulled up, the staff gave us the wrong meal. We tried to correct it and explain it wasn't ours. But the staff were adamant it was. We reread the name out to them, the name on the meal, and it was only then that they admitted it wasn't the same order, or name. The staff were rude during this exchange. I'm always a fan favorite of popeyes, but the staff here at this location ensured that we won't be visiting again.Edit** we are indeed still getting our food, and contrary to the staff's claim that they didn't have the order. They apparently got it after a little while. We still won't be coming again, the staff were still unpleasant.

I've been to this restaurant several times...But tonight I'm so done!!I ordered a 12 piece of chicken mild, family meal.No condiments in the bag, I asked for honey, and he gave me two, mind you, I just ordered a family meal... I laughed to myself when he gave me two, so I asked him hey can I get some more honey?" He then turns around and gives me two more... I'm looking at him like ohhh okay!!! SmhI get home.I have 6 breasts in the box,NO THIGHS,5 wings and1 drumstickThen my side was not filled up. My cajun rice was a little low.

This place not open on time. Nobody cares about running the business. People were coming but doors were locke and drive-thru not a response. Most of these stores-Popeyes do not open on time and then the staff is rude!!!!! We do reviews but get no results!

Customer service is bad and they open when they feel like it. Myself and multiple others have walked up and tried to open a locked door while employees just stare at you from inside. According to hours posted online and on the door, they were supposed to open 50 minutes ago.
The inside was locked at 11:24 AM and the inside shouldn’t be locked at all. Waiting in the drive thru, they take too long. They literally make us wait in the drive thru and have no sense of urgency. This is ridiculous. Corporate needs to do something about this.

First of all . My father cant speak fluent english but it was atleast english you can listen to. The guy in the drive thru was being so rude about it. Clearly saying 16 wings. The guy thought he said 60!. You must be dumb enough that you cant even hear english right. This place sucks and its racialy motivated.

Ordered 2 Strawberry Biscuits with food in Drive Thru.Got home & only got 1 Strawberry Biscuit. The second bowl had beans in it, as in beans & rice without the rice.? Too tired to go back & get it exchanged. But I was charged for two Strawberry Biscuits on receipt. So someone just didn't pay any attention.
