Special recognition to Elise at the 639 Thornton rd store. Lithia Springs, Ga. On a visit on 10/23/24 the store was struggling with orders and handling the volume. I manage hundreds of associates daily and the qualities she displayed are rare in todays work force. In the midst of the controlled chaos Elise maintained great customer service, great attitude and focus. She did her best to ensure that everyone was serviced and they received their order. Went this morning just before 8am. I attempted to order my usual 32 oz strawberry blueberry activator. I was told that they did not have blueberries, so I asked for a strawberry raspberry activator. I was then told to repeat my order two more times and given attitude. I just pulled off because I didn't want to risk anyone tampering with my food.
