We just had the BEST experience at this smoothie king. I want to say his name was Teren (it’s on the receipt but I’m not sure if that’s who took our order) was immaculate. We got free samples of their new menu items & he was so kind in offering us everything after we just had a really rough delayed overnight flight. This man absolutely needs a raise!!!
Typically I use the drive thru for convenience however walking into the establishment I witnessed Gnats and spoiled fruit….not sure what to think about it. Other than no thank you 🙃
Special recognition to Elise at the 639 Thornton rd store. Lithia Springs, Ga. On a visit on 10/23/24 the store was struggling with orders and handling the volume. I manage hundreds of associates daily and the qualities she displayed are rare in todays work force. In the midst of the controlled chaos Elise maintained great customer service, great attitude and focus. She did her best to ensure that everyone was serviced and they received their order. She has great potential...
