The people that work there are stealing your credit card/ debit card information. Once a week I've done through the drive through. They won't take cash, applePayp or card on the same day. They always switch up what's available to be used. They take your card where you can't see what they're doing with it. I had random fraud transactions on my card. This is the I only place I give my card too. Everyone else accepts apple Pay or CASH. It's weird how it's been weeks and they're still doing this. SMH.

So there are two main reasons I even come here. Cherry limeades and the fact I can pull in and park and order my food without just sitting inline. Now when I try to park and order I'm told immediately to pull through the drive thru. Heffer if I wanted to sit in a drive thru id go to any of the other fast food places around. So for me this is no longer and option as that is what built this place up. Now they are just like everyone else with declining food and customer service quality. Noticed while I was waiting in the drive thru line that two employees are just sitting to side smoking and laughing at the increasingly growing line. Very unprofessional and unfortunately it's my last straw with this establishment.

I usually don't have problems ordering through the app....but one time I ordered and when I went to pick up my order they didn't have one of my items. The guy who gave me my food said it was refunded. It never came to my account. I called customer service after being on the phone for over half and hour and they said they would give me a credit on the app and that never happened as well. I wouldn't use the app after that experience in my opinion. Just a waste of time and money

Didn't make my burger right. Supposed to get a bacon cheese burger with everything got a burger with no cheese or bacon. I live in powder Springs so was to far to drive to take it back ?

Sat at one of the drive up screens for 5 minutes, only for someone to rudely say "drive thru only". Then we get to the drive thru, only to be rudely told they weren't serving any ice cream, which is why we went there in the first place. Wasted trip.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. We waited an incredibly long time, just waiting to order. Once we finally have the order, it was a lot of back and forth with the employee because they just didn't seem to get it. Once at the window, we realized we didn't get a drink so we asked if we could add one and we were told we couldn't order at the window. They even had that typed on little cut out sheets of paper that were taped to the window - in two different places. I didn't think we were technically ordering at the window, but we're just adding on, but I just said okay.Then when the employee gave me the food, she just opened the window and thrust the bag at me, wordless, and then shut the window. I just sat there, stunned, because I wasn't sure if there was more or what. After sitting for about a half a minute, she reopened the window and asked why I was still sitting there. It was pretty surreal. I was not rude to her, in fact I tried to be overly kind...Anyway, once I gave the food to my daughter as we were driving away, her food was so pitiful and the chicken tenders so tiny, she decided just not to even eat it.It was a terrible experience with terrible service. Nothing really to redeem this place. And I am usually not that harsh.

I used to frequent this Sonic frequently and it was always a pretty decent experience. My favorite things here are the chili cheese tater tots and the Cherry Limeade ✌? #

This is horrible the hours online are incorrect unless the employees leave early 9:59pm google says 11:00 pm None of the drive up speakers work . Can you please update the entire lot at the point.

The website says closes at 11 and so does the sign at this location. They are closed at 10 pm everyday. Website is incorrect and the also hours on the door
