Babyyyyy!!! Whoever Tiffanie isssssaaaa! My Lord I hope they dont brush up against the thermostat! Yanno, I always say, it's not the job but the management of why employers can't keep good people! The 2 ladies were very nice and helpful this morning! The manager writing that note tho, gives ' I'm the boss' vibes. The weather right now is hot 1 day, cold the next or in the same day. Subway makes enough. It to make employees suffer through temp changes. It's not a sweat shop! Or...is it...🧐 Anyway, my sub was good! 😆 I think Tiffanie should try getting some subway bags in. Maybe focus more on inventory... 😅 1st time in my life getting a regular Thank you bag at Subway!

The service sucks here the delivery sucks when you call an hour and 40 minutes later to see where your order is they're rude to you on the phone I will never come back here.

Walked in one time and I was the only person there. The worker was doing online orders and would've continued to ignore me for who knows how long if another worker hadn't showed up from the back. I was about to turn around and leave. The food is typical, but I stopped going because they don't take the coupon mailers and the one on Floyd Rd does.

So my wife ordered on subway app to pickup our order that was ready at 10pm on Nov 21, 2024 and they supposed to be close at 11pm that night, our order was accepted on their at and when I got there at 10pm, they was close and told me they did not receive an our online and to cancel the order through the app. There isn’t and option to do that and basically we wasn’t able to get our food and they took our money as well! And still today have heard back from the manager yet.

This sandwich was is by far the worst! They didn’t have full topping product, the sandwich was absolutely disgusting. The service was very mediocre. I asked for the meat to be heated yet it was still cold I just threw the whole sandwich in the garbage. Definitely need better quality better management better service. The young man who made the sandwiches was kind and friendly outside of that it’s definitely a NO for me!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Subway and was incredibly impressed by the outstanding customer service provided by Shiniell Oraecr and Jesus Fregoso. They both went above and beyond to ensure my experience was enjoyable.

Shiniell was very friendly and attentive, making sure my order was perfect and offering helpful suggestions. He greeted me with a smile and worked efficiently, handling my request with professionalism and care.

Both employees demonstrated a genuine passion for their work, which made my visit even more pleasant. Their positive attitudes, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out.

I will definitely be returning, thanks to the excellent service Shiniell and Jesus. They are a great asset to the Subway team!

Not attentive to customer, poor listening skills, easily distracted by someone else's conversation in the room. Messy sandwich appearance. Too long of a wait when only 2 customers in line. Treated customer as if they will get to them when they are ready then have the nerve to ask customer " Are you ready?" LMAO. Sorry service.

Very bad customer service. They have a C in their inspection sheet, not saying thats the problem. The young lady named ariana was very rude and disrespectful. She clearly couldn’t hear from her rose gold beats on her ears and kept responding with “huh” and “what”. The older lady was also very rude and you could tell they did not want to work due to their additude and their faces. Food was good in the end, just really bad service. Some advice, if you don’t want to come to work, DONT. Spare yourself the embarrassment and the bad review like this one.

I used to work at this location from Feb 2019 to April 2020. Tiffanee Gibbons is the WORST manager in the world. I heard they have promoted her since then and that is RIDICULOUS. They must be handing out jobs to ANYONE. She doesn't appreciate hard work ...she's rude .. unreasonable....displays favoritism. Uncleanly. The list goes on. I recommend ANYONE not to ever go to this location. If y'all only knew the dirtiness behind the scenes you'd FLIP. REMEMBER... I worked there. I KNOW. I now work for the BEST Subway with the BEST SERVICE and BEST MANAGERS. Come check us out off Fairburn and Chapel Hill. This location is HORRID. Glad that bald lady with the attitude retired and Tiffanee Gibbons needs to follow suit. Do. Not. Go. To. This. Location. Horrible people. Horrible service.

I order online from here and everytime I ask for "normal" mayo and Buffalo sauce, I get a rover of mayo and a sprinkle of Buffalo sauce. When I order inside the establishment it's good. I keep giving the benefit of the doubt. I want to taste the food, I don't just want to taste mayo and a reasonable amount of Buffalo sauce, not a river after this. Please don't drown my sandwich in Buffalo after this. I've ordered her many times and it's the first time I'm saying something.
