Came inside to grab a sandwich for lunch. There was one other guy waiting to be helped. The lady working didn't even acknowledge either of us, as she was more concerned with other things instead of taking our order. She came from the back a few times to place some bread trays, all while ignoring us. She was either talking on the phone or to another employee while in the back. So, I left after a few minutes. Clearly, my time and patronage was not valued. I would not recommend. Smh.

Arrived at the store at 9:53pm. Didn’t expect the open sign to be turned off and the door locked before their actual closing time which is 10pm. I used to operate a store on par with that of this one. I would’ve been yelled at for closing up earlier than the posted time. It’s a shame that the employees can’t meet the expectations that have been set for them.

I came to this store and ordered a foot-long tuna sandwich. The woman barely put any tuna on the sandwich. It was as thin as putting Mayonnaise on it! One side barely had any tuna so I asked her if she could put a little extra and she said I would have to pay either for two scoops of four scoops. Needless to say I walked out.

Ordered a double meat foot long through the app yesterday, only got a regular 6 inch. Had no vehicle to go up to the store tried calling but number is out of service. Went up to the store first thing in the morning, they refused me a refund and refused to make a whole new footlong. This was possibly the worst customer service I've ever dealt with as the employee said there would be no manager till next week

Quick service, but I paid for bacon on my sandwich and there was NO bacon on my sandwich when I got home. This was an online order that I went to pick up. They also did not use the correct bread that ordered. I tried calling, but the phone number is out of service. Very disappointing!

Will not return no recommend. Have tried or several times in hopes there would be a decent experience but no - regardless of ordering from app or in person. Terrible location - service & quality. From artificial hair strands in sandwich’s and now a 20+ minute wait after app notice said order was ready to receive food that I did not order and drenched in jalapeños & tainted the rest of the sandwich. Do not recommend this location.
I really wanted to enjoy my visit here, but unfortunately, the hygiene practices left a lot to be desired. I noticed staff handling food without changing gloves after ringing up customers at the register, and even touching their face before going right back to preparing sandwiches. One of the employees wore an oversized shirt that looked quite dirty — it hung low enough that it actually touched the food being made.
These may seem like small things, but they add up quickly when it comes to food safety and customer confidence. Cleanliness and proper food handling are basic expectations, and I hope the management takes these issues seriously moving forward.

They sent us coupons to buy sandwiches, but they only let you pic from 3 different kinds. I don't eat pork, this only gave 1 option. False advertisement. Don't come here

Came here at 9 after it said online that they closed at 10. Just for the young round girl and the guy with the little locs to tell me they were closed. And it’s 9:05 smh terrible service and I will not be returning!

The only reason I’m giving one star is because of the kind, patient 15 year old boy who was working ALONE at this location on a Friday night for over three hours, going on four hours.
This location only had 2 kinds of bread and three toppings-lettuce, onion, and pickles. There was no chicken, no tuna, no meatballs. There was still OVER an hour before they closed, so this is no excuse.

the customer service has been horrible. I asked the lady if I had ice and she answered me in a very bad mood and my sandwich was horrible. I will never go here again!!
