First of all they don’t even look that different, and I probably make triple his wage. It was insulting. The employees from this location (male ones in particular) act like they are all high and mighty. I would highly advise teaching them the value of self-awareness and communication 101. Unreal

WARNING!!!! WARNING!!!! Do Not Order On Line At This Location!!!!I ordered a sub toasted with less mayo, less mustard. I ask for more lettuce.My sandwich was not toasted!! My sandwich had more mayo, not less, more mustard, not less. No lettuce that I could find. But was loaded with cucumbers. I also requested my sandwich to be cut into 4 pieces. My sandwich was whole. Sure I cut into 4 pieces. I can remove excess cucumbers. I can not remove the more mayo and the more mustard. So sandwich went into trash can.

I just wanted to get my food, but she thought it was okay to give me a stank look and roll her eyes. Usually I never have problems, but apparently she wanted to become one today, horrible service.

I received a wrong order when I work paid through the subway app so when I called them said it was not their problem I ordered through Door dash which I did not I don't even have the app... so a customer at my job said I'll go get it so he went and returned my sandwich and went to pick up my sandwich which was a blt ...they put 10 pieces of raw bacon on my sandwich

This is usually my favorite subway locations but as of today 7/2/23 around 530pm est the staff today were not great! I did an online order expected time of completion was at 525pm as of now it’s 54pm! Three sandwiches still not done! They’re in here talking about the customers that left which all had attitudes because of their performance! When I walked in it was two people in here now it’s three and it shouldn’t take this long to make the food and it’s not even pack in here! This is all wrong and I drove about 15 mins just to come to this location because of the quickness and customer service today was horrible!

If I could leave zero stars I would. Food is subpar and when we went for dinner, the worker had a long reddish purple wig on and it was not tied back at all. They then proceeded to make our food and was consistently pushing their hair back with gloves on and then proceeds to reach into food and make our sandwiches. Continuously pushing their hair back, touching their face and reaching into all the food. Mind you, they had no hat on either. There was also hair strands on our subs. We decided to get pizza instead. Absolutely disgusting. The worker also didn't seem to be all the way there either. Eyes where bloodshot red. There was another worker present at the time and she was sitting down eating. Most likely on break. She only got up when someone came in but neither of them washed their hands or anything before putting on gloves and making food. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place. Just go to the Publix and get a sub.
The food is good but the service is trash. My pregnancy cravings have been subway so I've eaten at subway twice in the past two weeks. Both times, the employees spent more time talking than trying ti make sandwiches. One girl was there both times we went and wouldn't stop talking to her coworkers and make our sandwiches. Then today we ordered online and the order was supposed to be ready at 455 but wasn't ready until after 530 and they were all missing stuff.

Very rude girl didn't say welcome in when I said hello to her she rolled her eyes. Been standing here for her to make a sandwich for someone that isn't even here, then when she was making mine she started making I assume another door dash order. WOW I guess she didn't like how I look, BC there was a man in There that she didn't have a problem with and was nice to him. . Extremely sad that these people are are so disrespectful to us older people. I'm just over the nasty attitudes. I'm not giving any of these places my money if they have hateful employees working for them. OVVER IT!!!!!!! IT TAKES NOTHING TO BE KIND

My only complaint is the bread looks good but with moisture of the ingredients on sandwich makes the bread turn to dough in your mouth - even when toasted. Only experienced this at this location. Gave it more than 3 tries!
