Will not return no one at front counter i can hear everyone in back joking and laughing, see I'm old school so to see or hear kids playing around food just not suitable to me I'll go where there is work value...oh but give the guy a raise that cleans windows he was trying to help but by that time I was over it.

I've had multiple experiences of trying to order through the drive-thru at around 5:00 p.m. and being told that they are not accepting any orders through drive-thru due to shift turnover.
Came by 11/1/2025. Guy said for me to come in and order. Was not doing orders in drive thur. Sorry. Workers. Lazy and need help. Need better management

I loveee taco bell. go here almost every day. I placed a mobile order cause i had my baby with me, and she had just went to sleep. I put to pick it up in the drive thru. pulled up and they told me to come inside due to it being a shift change? i told them i had a mobile order and a baby and he still proceeded to tell me to come inside, this time more condescending. I walked in with my baby and was told i had to make my drink and get my own napkins. I legit put drive thru pickup for a reason, i was unable to go in and do all those things due to having a baby. When i looked in the back there was several employees. One was outside kicking a bag of trash into the side of the building…

Everything broken. Outdoor of most things. No drinks, 38 min for 4 borittos and then they were wrong. Floor disgusting and all tables not clean. Might be better tear it down.
