I witnessed an employee touching doors and everything else and then went right back to preparing food with those same old dirty gloves. I wasted money because I threw my food away. This is bad, real bad and someone could get sick. I won't be back. Management please discuss this with the employees. There's so many other things that I observed, but that took the cake 🤢.

the bathroom is filthy, and smells terrible. Once i got my food i saw a cockroach in my quesadilla box, the taco was alright, and the cinnamon delight is very satisfying, but the pepsi feel like its been there for a few days without change. the workers are good, they even gave me my soda as soon as possible. overall don’t get anything that is in a box

Ordered #9 which is a Mexican pizza and 2 hard shell supreme and a drink.. told them no sour cream.. has sour cream.. then go to eat Mexican pizza no silverware .. had to for napkins and mild sauce to begin with I didn't get.

This is the worst Taco Bell i have ever experienced… i get there, and they say to order i have to come inside and not the drive through.. mind you, i come inside and it seems like the drive through is working fine… anyways, i order my food and then i order a Baja blast, the entire reason why i ordered the over priced combo, and they tell me after i have paid that they are out of Baja blast.. then i wait for almost 15 minutes for my food. (Still waiting as i type this), Everyone is standing around, joking, not working, dancing, etc. glad they are having fun but i want my dinner…. Haven’t tried the food yet, hopefully it’s good. . . Hopefully it’s better than the service. Never coming here ever again. You should really watch the cameras and you will see what i mean.
EDIT: the very sweet cashier gave me a free Baja blast when i got my food to make up for it. She is the only one there with sense!
Whats the point of being open until 3am if you’re gonna take an hour and a half to serve 3 cars?? My experience at this Taco Bell location was absolutely pitiful. As an NC native, i am sick and tired of the restaurants here.

I have been waiting over 40 minutes for my one grubhub order.
I got a beefy 3 layer burrito which was grilled, and it was extremely messy. Not sure why it came out like that, because the people who were with me got food that was just fine. One thing to note is that it took a strangely large amount of time to prepare my order, even though it was a separate singular burrito ordered 18 minutes earlier on the app.

Yoooo best Taco meal I've had since 2009. I travel alot & after HOURS on the road. It was 5 stars across the board. The staff was so upbeat & friendly. The music, cleanliness of the whole placr to the fast and correct order was worth the spot! 2 full meal orders & a partial we spent $29.

I placed an order here at 10:16 & it’s about to be 11 I haven’t recieved my food. When I asked for my food they kept looking around as if the order was already given to me. Clearly I been waiting for almost an hour. I requested a refund and they kept telling me it would take 3-5 business days. Then they proceeded to make my order again which took another 15 minutes. Regardless of the location being busy it should not take take an hour 15 minutes to get my phone. Worst Taco Bell ever!

Went through the drive thru tonight and couldn't find what my fiancé wanted. However the gentleman who name is Miles ( hope I spelled that right ) was very patient and helpful. When I pulled around to the window this young man was so pleasant and polite. This young man was top notch. I've actually been to this taco bell multiple times and never had a bad experience. I just had to give this young man his props. Thank you Miles.
