We shared an all star breakfast, everything was good. Server was very friendly and checked on us often. Only 3 stars on atmosphere due to bathroom smell.

The signs on the doors led one to believe that the dining room wasn't open, but before we walked away, Cedric let us know they were indeed open and welcomed us in. Theresa took excellent care of us and was so incredibly nice. Waffle House is lucky to have these two.

Went here with my boss, late evening, about 830 PM, server, no smile, no greeting; ordered chili, arrived barely warm, beans not cooked. No apologies, no replace offer, so I was loud about no communication from the cook, who was responsible, or the server. Boss walked out and left; I walked out(handicapped), an older lady came after me, apologized, said they were heating up some, so I waited, and waited and waited...he hadn't even started it! So, I got mine to go, AND had to pay for it...what a joke for customer care ..will never go back. AND we were only customers at the time. Go to I Hop across the street.

I ordered and paid online. We walk in any we were not greeted by anyone. I walk up to pick up area and stay there about 4 mins before anyone said anything to us. Everyone looks mad and like they don’t want to be there. . A lady finally walks up.and I tell her I ordered online.She walks away. Another lady comes up and I tell her I ordered online. Sha says I just got your order. I ask her can she please, ask them to cook my hash browns scattered light with no burnt pieces. She says yep. According yo my online receipt, my food was supposed to be ready by 10:36. However I didn’t get it until 10:47. My hash browns were burnt and waffle cold. .. I love love the Waffle House and we are there quite often. This was the least friendliest place I have ever visited. I couldn’t tuen around because we are traveling. If I could I would have. YUCK!!! Very nice building just get the energy to match the building and improve on customer service.

Perfect breakfast experience
Had a delicious breakfast at Waffle House recently. The egg-cheese biscuits were soft, fluffy, and cooked to perfection, and the coffee was hot and flavorful. Service was excellent and the restaurant was spotless. Highly recommend!

Lobby closed but this location offered window ordering 24/7 there was a small crowd outside. Staff was very friendly food was good. I ordered hash Browns with onions and sausage patties. Hubby ordered a waffle I think he's wasn't impressed. I didn't like My sausage my hash Browns were great.

I ordered 3 hash brown bowls loaded and received all 3 with no eggs. I was all the way to my destination when I realized my food wasn’t made properly. I tried calling before going up and there is no access to get a hold of anyone for the customers, now how is that fair? Anywho get all the way back to the store and I get offered to give me 3 sides of eggs like the eggs not supposed to go in the bowl already, food cold and no offer to remake. Something told me to go to the Waffle House by QT, but this is the last time I visit this store, if I could rate it a -0 for service I would.
